  1. Enjoyed watching the guy. A dying breed of American male. Rest easy Robbie. Gone way too soon.
  2. His rookie year he had John Brown and Michael Crabtree. Since then they've used high draft picks on Marquise Brown, who is a very good player and Rashod Bateman who has been hurt. He's had guys. Its the chicken and the egg. Are all the wideouts horrible or does the QB just not utilize them? Guy is a fantastic athlete, and is a top 15 QB in the league. But he does nothing for his wideouts.
  3. They would have to go outside of the organization to bring someone in. I'd try like hell to move him to Houston this offseason for both of their 1st round picks. If I dont think a guy is a franchise QB I wouldnt pay him franchise QB money, and in my opinion there are 10 quarterbacks in the league right now who are better than Lamar.
  4. Said it before and Ill say it again, if I am the Ravens I let someone else pay for this guy. He hasnt played a full season since coming into the NFL. He's been bad as a thrower the last two years, and he's been dreadful in the playoffs. The Ravens are a stable and well coached organization, if I were them I'd do anything I could to bring in a more stable Quarterback who can make throws to wideouts and get back to winning football.
  5. Good stuff. Well done Dion.
  6. I was going to throw him on the list but pretty sure he's gonna need a year to lick his wounds.
  7. So who does he go and get to right the ship now? Bevell? Marrone? Greg Roman? The guy is running out of Offensive minded coaches he has experience with who dont have good jobs in the NFL already. Not sure Lafleur is any good, but if they dont get a QB quick Saleh is going to join him on the unemployment line at the end of next season.
  8. Over the last three years I am not sure he isnt second only to Andy Reid in terms of coaching. Would love for this to be the year he finally gets one over on the guy who fired him. Cant believe people call for this guy's head on a weekly basis.
  9. Incredibly surprising last I heard he was touring with Johnny Depp.
  10. Understood. I am sure there will be a bunch of go sign DJ Chark or JuJu threads in the Spring. My hope is the board has seen enough of Beane to know they will resign their own and supplement the roster in free agency where possible.
  11. Where in my post did I say that he should go on a shopping spree in free agency? He needs to free up cap just to resign his own players, which is why I said he would need to restructure those contracts. Otherwise you can say goodbye to both Poyer and Edmunds because without those restructures, or possibly trading Ed Oliver, you dont get those players back.
  12. Got them to the playoffs year one and has kept them competitive with hot garbage at QB. My guess is they clear space by cutting Wentz and go after one of the better QBs who will be available in free agency. Gets one more year to see what he can do with someone like Derek Carr.
  13. Its harder than you think. You may pass the play call on but you're also coaching on the field, and likely responsible for moving your front seven around if they are out of place. Don't underestimate that role. I am not the guys biggest fan but he is a top 5-10 player at his position in the league.
  14. 13.5 million is exactly where I'd expect Edmunds to be and if that is indeed where his value ends up, there is no way Buffalo let's him walk.
  15. Unless Stephen Ross is dead set on blowing this thing up and bringing in Brady and Payton in at all costs next year regardless of the outcome of Sunday Tua is playing. McDaniel is fighting for his job and he isn't going in doing that with Sayler Thompson at QB.
  16. Made the absolute horrible mistake of looking up Blue Gatorade on urban dictionary while at work today. Figured we were just misunderstanding slang. A couple things seem likely to happen. A. Some poor girl is getting a drink she doesn't want on Sunday. B. I may not have a job in the AM.
  17. Would take him in a second but one of two things is going to need to happen. The Cards are going to have to eat a big portion of his contract pre June 1st or the Bills are going to have to send a substantial player back to help cover the cap space post June 1st. Bills should 100% be looking into Hopkins, Mike Evans. Michael Thomas and Brandin Cooks in the off season via trade
  18. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/tools/roster/buffalo-bills/ Been using this to keep an eye on things throughout the year. Now that the -6 million overage is factored in its more like $42.5 million but you can get there by restructuring 12 or 13 contracts. I dont know if they will want to pay that much money up front, really up to Pegula, but it can be done.
  19. The Bills can free up close to $50 million in cap space by restructuring a bunch of contracts in the offseason. Probably have enough to re-up Edmunds and Poyer and bring in 1-2 good free agents. Not in a horrible position at all.
  20. Right because our defensive coach hasn't turned a franchise completely around. While many an offensive coach has been hired and fired in the same time period. Horrible take.
  21. Been saying it since early this year. Was already in Carolina, has ties to Morgan from both playing with one another in Miami and being on staff in Buffalo. Makes way too much sense.
  22. I've heard a lot of people say this about his time here and I've never understood it. Not sure if it was just something someone said and it caught on? He threw 8 passes here last year, and 1 of the 8 was picked off. Outside of being a good locker room guy can someone please explain to me why it was thought that he had a good run here?
  23. Sunday Night 8:15. Coming off being a major national news story, second seed in the AFC. They will be in prime time without question.
