  1. My point is that you can't entertain the draft positioning in this assumed scenario where the Bills' day one draft board holds to actual draft day form, because nothing's in play that would allow a move up to 7. There's no mention of any trades that would enable the Bills to land the 7th pick from the 12th spot, but the two 2nd rders that were actually involved in the Bills moving up, have been removed from the equation; therefore you can't entertain Josh Allen falling to the Bills at 7. To me, the 'guarantee' of Allen to the Bills with the exclusion of the two second round picks reads as though the OP believes the Bills could have had Allen at 12 without making any moves. Ward at 4, Allen at 12, and Edmunds possibly at 16 still is how his scenario reads to me.
  2. How are the Bills even picking at 7 if they aren't using the two 2nd rd picks to move up as suggested in this trade scenario?
  3. How do you say the Bills would be 'guaranteed' to still get Allen, but 'likely' to still get Edmunds? I think if you had to do the draft over again there's a better chance that Allen is off the board before Buffalo gets a shot at him than Edmunds not being available by the time the Bills picked again, most certainly if the Bills don't include either 2nd rd picks in a move to climb the draft board to get Allen. You don't trade an established young player away like that for an unproven player at the same position. For all anybody knows Denzel Ward is Justin Gilbert all over again. A db selected within the top 10, with 4.3 speed who doesn't pan out for one reason or another.
  4. I like Siran Neal. He's physical with good size. Seems the more likely of the two to develop into that next really good lockdown corner to be passed over by teams because he lacked 4.40 combine speed.
  5. Eric Wood post-retirement. He's thinner and harder to recognize these days.
  6. Kuechly's 20 time is only better by like 0.02 seconds. Edmunds 40 time is greater by 0.04 seconds. Why can't it be assumed that Edmunds 40 time offsets Kuechly's 20 time, making him the superior athlete?
  7. How sweet it would be if the Bills legitimately landed its QB on offense and defense in the same draft.
  8. "Josh Allen has a very, very, strong arm and that's good for throwing the football very hard". --- Lt. Joe Kenda
  9. I don't see it. Travis Henry ran very hard and had good speed, this guy breaks almost no tackles and isn't very fast at all, he's just full steam ahead and falls forward. Based on his running style and the strengths I see, I think he could be a TD machine in the redzone though.
  10. I didn't even know the LAC's pass rush was rated so highly until after the game. I thought it was really crazy how people were willing to overlook the fact that Nathan Peterman was really pressing the issue in his first start, doing his best to push the ball downfield and be the anti-Tyrod. I think in year two we see a more settled Peterman who plays within his abilities vs. a guy that forces the issue trying to prove his worth all in one shot.
  11. Based on what, last season? I'm putting my money on Peterman improving from last season. His only truly poor showing was the game vs LAC. Peterman is sticking around.
  12. Great, the Cardinals get Rosen and now they sign Ginda. Congrats to Ginda though.
  13. Mock drafts easily. I honestly think you have a better shot guessing all 5 or 6 Mega Millions numbers right and winning the jackpot. Mock drafts are almost completely worthless; only good for gauging the needs of teams that you don't follow closely. I created not one and read maybe two this year.
  14. Quadray Henderson's still available I think, he was a really good return man at Pittsburgh. Phillip Lindsay's on the small side but he's a good receiving RB and I remember hearing that he ran a 4.3 at his pro day.
  15. Rotoworld's best available UDFA's. http://www.rotoworld.com/articles/cfb/79565/325/best-available-udfas?ls=roto:cfb:gnav Frank Ginda # 303 Glad he's not totally unknown.
  16. Damn didn't know about this story. http://www.sacbee.com/sports/nfl/san-francisco-49ers/article206294329.html Frank Ginda's a very tough guy. I hope Lynch and the 9'ers don't scoop him. He'd become a fan favorite in Buffalo quickly...guaranteed.
  17. I like Mataa'afa too. Even though there's no way in hell he makes it as a DT.
  18. Alright time to fire this one back up. So who've you got?
  19. Richie Incognito to Wyatt Teller on rookie signing day: "Alright kid, time to pay up, you're in my spot".
  20. Special teamer. Now everyone can relax. You've got your receiver.
  21. My list of draft hopefuls based on my rankings look like this: 1. Josh Sweat or Obinnia Okoronkwo DE (Honestly don't know much about either but Josh Sweat has crazy Combine results and O.O. is talked about well; BPA in the form of a pass-rusher) 2. BPA RB --- I'm going Bo Scarbrough . 3.) BPA OLB --- I'm thinking Tegray Scales (don't know much about him, but states that he's got the speed to play sideline-to-sideline in at least one scouting report) 4.) Cedrick Wilson WR --- Boise State 5.) OG (BPA 6.) Troy Fumagali TE 7th ---- Dark horse: Frank Ginda LB San Jose State Stepping away from the web for a minute hope I return to good news.
