I mean maybe...but when was the last time an ascending superstar QB took a discount? I don't think its happened before and it's because of player agents. I'm with you though man. If it were me I'd sign a team friendly 300 million deal instead of 500 million and use that extra $$$ to spend on the team to win.

As a paramedic I can tell you that you don't need to hit your head to suffer a concussion. "Coup - contre coup" is enough to get it done. Basically any force that causes the brain to slam into the inside part of your skull causes a concussion. Mahomes suffered a concussion to me no question. And I'm not surprised he has a neck injury as well given tackle we see on tape. He has 3 injuries that we know of: 1. A concussion 2. A neck injury 3. A toe injury

Bingo. If you look at the Bills oline we have very solid pass protection lineman but maybe aren't the best in the run game. Teller didn't fit the mold we were building. Great run blocker and poor pass blocker

Great call. That was the exact game plan. 3 LB on most downs and only flip to nickel in obvious 3rd and long passing situations.
