yea, Isn't Eric Turner connected to Cover 1 and have been doing all 22 for years now?

This is well written up until the bolded I watched this play 10 times. So much hate on Brown without fact checking what happens on these plays. Before the ball was thrown Kyle had 4 seconds to that point that he blocked the DT. now they were getting close but brown still had position for the QB to drop inside UNTILL Torrence let a already WELL chipped DE by Kincaid get right by him. Kyle Allen made the wrong play. If he simply looked tot he right friggen Kincaid is WIDE OPEN no one within 15 yards on the right flat. Kyle Allen made the wrong decision on that throw and it was really Torrence that had a charging DE coming at him that he did not pick up. To Chicago's Credit they played a great stunt against our line and to Kincaids credit, he originally picked it up and got wide open 4 yards deep into the flat on the right side. Kyle cant step up into that throw because of Torrence more than Brown on that play. To much blind hate going on with Brown... QB made the wrong decision on that throw. OH and who was brown stuck blocking on his won? DT Walker, 7 sacks last year By the way also on that play Torrence originally helped Brown cover that DT like he should have but he released way to late to grab the DE. Rookie mistake... he going to have them. Though Torrence is solid, the speed of the game will still take time.

Edmunds played for the first time this preseason, only for a handful of snaps. How good Edmunds really will be wont be answered till regular season.

Not only has Morse missed blocks, but he's screwed up blocking assignments... No one leaves a one tech DT alone to a Guard. It was on the JA rollout play to the right. We are going to need a center next year.

I mean he has had a few REALLY GOOD pass blocks. he bulked up his legs big time. I don't think we can say Cook is a bad pass blocker anymore...

You guys think our OL is bad? They do not have backup Calibur Tackles let alone starting tackles on that line. Defensive battle but we got the better offensive line then them by far. This game is won in the trenches. we win by 6

I think everything is baby steps. with the player and fan. You hear so many times on how bad a player is and you believe it till you realize.. wait a minute. he giving JA 3-4 seconds and then look at things like.. how far JA steps backwards... how much is to much horizontal movement for JA? 0 Scheming in preseason. then things make more sense.

this whole division has a good defense. 4 teams in this division could end up being in the top 8 in NFL Defenses this season.

you scheme it. HB pitches the DE then goes on the rout. Or a TE helps on that side when needed. Dawkins has taken a step back but hes not horrible. Go watch the linked video. I am not saying good as in great.. but he was most times solid and he had 2 bs penalties called on him.. Refs were homers....

Spot on. The Run for a TD against us? We got caught in cover 1 with a overload on the their right side and they ran left. Poyer took a bad angle.. what can ya say... perfect play call there. They are not just sitting in cover 2 all game long. There is so many things we are hiding right now and I feel Knox and Kincaid on the field at the same time is just the tip of the iceberg. answered your own question lol
