NFL Week #3 - Bills at the Dolphins - Post game thread
BananaB replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
Give it up man. Our players were dropping like flies because of heat exhaustion. Shade would of helped but they were not allowed because they can only use what Miami has on their bench. We should of won despite the heat, but to say that sun didn’t have an effect on the outcome of that game is crazy. -

Reading the replies reminds me of last years first game against NE. Anyone watching the game could see the difference the sun had on Bills players. They make their jokes but we’ll see them again and their will be no mercy. -
This game exposed we rely to much on Josh again

You look at all the guys that were dropping and it’s kind of amazing he finished without missing a snap. Exhaustion can lead to mistakes, that happens. Allen had bad throws the receivers had a good number of bad drops…. Bills got beat by the heat not the Dolphins. -

21 with one scoring drive starting in the red zone. They did pretty well for the most part and all young guys will only learn from it. -

Your probably right. Bills gotta figure out the run game, it’s just too inconsistent again. -

Holy *****! Bills dropping like flies. Crazy it was so close after the punishment the heat put on the Bills. To be honest if the NFL cares about player safety they should seriously think about doing more to help the away team out on a hot day. Just Brutal. They worked their asses off, were short to begin with and it just got worse as the game went on. D played pretty solid, really only 14 points given up but that 1 bad play was really a killer. -
This sucks but if your gonna have a wave of injuries go through the team it’s best to happen early in the season If we lose you might as well not listen to media until after the next time we play the Phins because the hype is gonna be ridiculous
-
Gonna have injuries at some point in the year, might as well be week 3. 😝 Did we lose this week already? *****! it’s like no one has faith at all in this coaching staff. Players are constantly stepping up for this team and when another guy gets dinged up the fans still have a meltdown. It’s one week early in the season. We have a great offense that can take alot of pressure off this D, regardless of who is on the field.

At this point, in our secondary Hyde being out is the only problem. Johnson been here a few years he should know what to do. I’m sure it will be a drop off but I believe this staff will have him ready. As far as going from Jackson to Elam think of it this way, Jackson started the only game Tyreek burnt this team the past few years. It was his only start against him as well, so that kind of makes ya worry. If Elam has a solid game this team might come out of this situation better moving forward. We got a lot of talent in our secondary, it’s hard to prove anything until you get on the field. I’m not worried that that is happening against good players, it’s week 3 and we have a long season ahead of us. I also have faith in our O
-
Is Elam that much worse then Jackson? Losing Hyde sucks but we have been without him and Poyer at times before
-
Thats a stellar list of QBs in their win column. 😂😂😂

One less RB they can shove into the rotation. Last year a two man rotation didn’t work so they cut it down to me one and had success. This year they come out with a three man rotation and it looks to be our weakness again.
-
The RB by committee sucks for this team because we are pass happy, and for good reason. These guys hardly get in any rhythm, I thought after the end of last year this ***** would be over. Singletary proved he can handle a load late last year. I’m not sure about the other two, maybe they can too, but this rotation is terrible.

‘It’s Over!‘: LeSean McCoy Rips Patriots Head Coach
BananaB replied to Scott7975's topic in The Stadium Wall
Brady didn’t really step on the field and dominate. The first few Superbowls were more Bill then Brady. Brady was huge part later as he improved and the game evolved but in the early 2000s those Pats teams were built on D and running the ball. Brady was a good compliment to that but he couldn’t carry the team. If he played anywhere else he probably isn’t being called the goat right now. -
Allen is better then both. He wasn’t as polished as either heading into the league and had to play with guys like Zay, KB and Foster early in his career which made his transition harder in my opinion. Chiefs and Chargers had elite talent around their QBs when they stepped on the field. Jesus, Beas and Brown were an upgrade from the other meatheads but they were far from elite. Allen made those guys better then they actually were, it’s the reason neither are in the league right now. Allen had a harder road then both and now he’s better.
