  1. Not a great list to be learning from. They’ve all had ups and downs of the bench. Did you see Matt Moore play this year? You’d rather have him start the season? Lol. Hoyer got benched Beardhead this year, then cut. I never asked you if McCarron could be the guy, I asked if there is any guarantee our draft pick will be the guy. There is very little film on McCarron, but he showed some good qualities. And guess what, he spent 4 years behind an actual starter in this league.
  2. Is there a guy left you’d actually want a rookie to learn from? Is there a guarantee that our draft pick actually succeeding in this league? I don’t care who becomes the franchise guy as long as someone steps up. McCarron could be that guy
  3. Sure way to boost his stock with rarely stepping on the field
  4. Best scenario I think. Sure we lost out on some better options but I like the idea of signing a guy who could potentially be more then just a bridge QB. AJ didn’t look out of place in this league when he started a few games a couple years ago, i’m fine with giving him a shot
  5. If it was just that simple... We’re moving up to get a guy but there is no guarantee the guy we pick will be our franchise qb.
  6. They all are terrible.... I can’t even watch that **** anymore. Give me the facts when they come out, that’s all I need to know. More interested with the opinions of the fans on here then the opinions of guys who just watch highlights.
  7. They can sign McCarron and still draft a qB, there is no reason they can’t... It would also give them 2 possibilities for long term stability instead of just one. McCarron would get his shot first with smaller window to prove his worth
  8. 4 year college starter who spent time behind a quality NFL QB. Has showed alittle upside in his playing time in this league. May not be the answer, but he could be. And if we are drafting a QB we hope can be the answer, that’s two guys who show promise and one of them is ready to start week #1.... I don’t see the problem. They are gonna have to pay him a bit but it ain’t my money.
  9. McCarron is a bit risky for that money, but other then Cousins who has the biggest upside in the FA QBs? Which one has possibility of giving us long time security? I’d say McCarron would edge Bridgewater right now after his injury. We can still draft a guy. Drafting a bridge QB for a short period of time waiting on a draft pick gives us one option for long time security. McCarron and Bridgewater along with a draft pick give us two. At this point I don’t care the answer comes from, just want someone to step up so we can forget about this position for a few years.
  10. You think one of Taylor WRs can average over 6 catches a game after watching him make poor decisions for 3 years? He’ll be lucky to get 100 targets let alone a 100 catches
  11. Landry won’t be hitting the hundred receptions this season.
  12. If Taylor is starting Landry production won’t match his pay cheque. Doesn’t seem like a guy who will keep his mouth shut if he ain’t getting targeted either.
  13. People have him locked into Cleveland because of Hue, but a 1-31 team isn’t gonna attract a lot of guys who are getting interest from other teams.... McCarron will be one of those guys. He’s gonna get an opportunity to start for a better team and he’ll get a lot more praise for winning then losing. I doubt he picks Cleveland.
  14. I know the very few of us who were interested in Foles on Bills message board got laughed at....
  15. If your arm is under it how can it hit the ground.... It looks pretty clear to me the nose of the ball hits the ground. He could still have his hand on the middle of the ball ( which he may have) but the nose still hit the ground and the ball cleary moved. So he never maintained possesion
  16. The ball bounced.... The media talked up their secondary so much the replay officials just took for granted it was an INT
  17. I’m alittle surprised by Goodwin but not Woods... We all said Sammy was under used here, but I think it is pretty obvious we can’t get a good read on our WRs until we replace Tyrod. Sammy, Robert, Goodwin and Hogan is a real good group of guys we once had.
  18. They get paid big money to do what they do.... I’ll be thankful when we move on from him. 15 starts including playoffs and he led us to 3 points in four of those games. That’s over 25%. If you want wanna thank players, the defense, McCoy and Hauska is where you should start.
  19. Not sure I handle another 3 point game by our starting O in my lifetime... 4 times in one season is hard to withstand.
  20. McD should win, he deserves to win. I’m so !@#$ing sick of hearing about Sean McVay.... He inherited one of the best defences in the NFL along with a former offensive rookie of the year in Todd Gurley. His QB was a 1st overall pick headed into his second year. Most of the media had written Goff off after one season because Wentz and the rediculous idea that he should of played like a seasoned vet. The other QB (Kenuum)that struggled under Fisher last season is having a pretty !@#$ing good year as well. They also revamped there entire WR group from last year, adding a quality rookie and 2 under appreciated and under used former Bills. Last I seen of Tavon Austin ( there #1 last year) he was playing RB in garbage time for them and Kenny Britt has been cut by the Browns. McVay deserves credit but not the amount he is getting. McD took a team that everyone thought was tanking, traded away some of there top players and took them to the playoffs.... To me there is no comparison in who deserves this award. Bills, Jets and Phins have the hardest road to the playoffs for almost 2 decades. It’s not easy being a team the Pats are most familiar with, or playing them twice a year. Until **** changes (or we get lucky) we are basically playing a 14 game season.
  21. Luke Falk could turn out to be the best QB in this draft.... I think his production had dipped this season because he had a broken left wrist. It’s not his throwing arm but it had to effected how he played, sure he tried to protect it as much as possible come game time. His arm is good enough to make all the throws and he is super accurate which is something that you just can’t teach. He’s real comfortable in the pocket, moves well, maintains poise and will take a hit to make a throw. I love Mayfield but all the hype right now may lead to us having to move up to get him. I’d rather take Falk in the second.... I want one of these guys.
  22. Lol! Maybe he’ll hire Dungy to build his defense again.
  23. When it comes to DRY Bills always come up short. Byrd-Kik- Darby. Tre had a great year but it’s probably gonna end up the same.
