  1. We need a !@#$ing vet. Bills have made it clear Allen isn’t where we want him to be. They talk highly of Peterman, but they did that last year, do you not remember the days leading up to the Chargers game? Bringing in another teams young castoff does nothing for this QB room or for our future. Unless they are having doubts about Allen already.
  2. After week 4 we have 5 winnable games before our bye. Doubt we win all 5, and winning 9 of the next 12 and hoping for playoffs ain’t happening with either QB. Might as well give Allen the weak part of the schedule. Plus starting at home against the Titans might be the best for him.
  3. Cons— Has 6 picks in under hundred minutes of play last year if you count the playoff game.
  4. Terrible.... Peterman has thrown 6 picks in about 80 minutes of football last season. So Allen isn’t ready, they traded away AJ and what if Petermans preseason is just false hope. Terrible decision. Not so much he is starting but trading away AJ after making it clear Allen isn’t where they want him to be.
  5. Preseason is what it is. EJ and Peterman both had solid ones this year, doesn’t mean i’ll forget what they done during real games.
  6. Ramsey is starting to remind of the South Park episode where the Bikers are thriving for attention. They think they are being intimidating, but Cartmen tells them the only people who need this much attention is 15 year old girls.
  7. It irritates me when they say he led us to the playoffs.... Our D led us to the playoffs, he was just the guy taking the snaps.
  8. Hard Knocks is just so much wasted time. Tyrod/Tuhrod crap, Nassib banking and bugging Haley the other night, Coleman’s shoe fetish (how many seasons have they done that spotlight for), Mayfield showing Paisley the RV.... That **** is all stupid. A ten minute skit on a QB who doesn’t even get time in preseason.
  9. Pretty impressed with this show. You get more in 15 minutes then an hour of Hard Knocks.
  10. I wonder if Tasker knows we play the Chargers week2..... If Peterman starts, gameplan is to punt on third and long.
  11. His 6 interceptions in just over 50 snaps really worries me. You can just say it was one game, but the other night I seen some scrub jump his route and almost have a pick 6. He played well in the Colts game and made some nice throw, but nobody had any grip so his passes were uncontested.
  12. The game was just more physical. Brady still would of been a great player but he would of never had the career he has had back in that time in football. Marino’s most TDs record lasted 20 years before it got broke. Then it broke again and again. Different time, different game. I just can’t see guys today playing during that time and having the same success, but I can picture a lot of the good QBs in 80s/90s having better careers in today’s NFL.
  13. Marino took a **** load hits also. Got nothing to do with being mobile, it got to do with getting knocked down almost every play. All the QBs took a pounding in those days. The game was so much more physical.
  14. Brady would of never lasted during the era that Jim Kelly played.
  15. Give the kid the keys, that’s what he is here for. Let the kid learn from his own play. His mistakes and his success. Chances are Peterman or McCarron are gonna make their fair share of mistakes if they start also, we are talking about 2 5th round picks who have combined for less then a half dozen starts. Cam Newton had a lot of flaws coming out of college and was flat out terrible in preseason his rookie year, he started day 1 and it worked out. Carson Wentz was suppose to sit behind Bradford in yearone and despite him being unhealthy for most of TC, they shipped Bradford and started him week 1. Derrick Carr was suppose to sit behind Shaub and had a decent week 4 preseason game before being handed the keys. Allan is the best QB on the roster, you can’t !@#$ing baby him. He can make plays and throws that could help us win games. Defences will have to gameplan for the arm which will hopefully make things easier on McCoy and our O line. Do you think that is gonna happen with Peterman or McCarron. The quicker Allen reaches his potential the better this team is gonna be. Procrastinating the inevitable is just wasting time. Let him play, we’ll reap the rewards in 2019. While sitting might make it alittle easier on him, he’s still gonna make mistakes when he steps on that field.
  16. No ****. He was better then Tyrod long before he was drafted
  17. Might as well just forfeit until that group starts playing better. Someone gotta play QB. After seeing what Peterman did under pressure last season, forfeit is the best option
  18. Once teams start game planning, which guy has the best chance to succeed? I think McCarron is pretty much out of the running to start week 1 after the injury. I don’t really trust hanging a season on Peterman. Gameplanning will lead to CBs jumping his quick rhythm throwing with not much mustard behind it. Like we almost seen last night with the first throw. We got a QB who looks real poise, moves well in the pocket and makes throws most QBs could only dream of. Throw him to the wolves like Manning, Carr, Newton and Wentz and let him learn from his own gamefilm.
  19. All I can think of when I read that is Allan’s speech in the hangover 2... “Not nobody knows Stu like I do”
  20. Development goes hand and hand with coaching.... Lately Hue has proven he might be worse then 1-31 record.
  21. It’s hard to judge this guy coming from Cleveland, it’s hard to judge our guys after Tyrod playing QB... Coleman gives us some much needed speed though. We have 3 top 40 picks at WR right now, hopefully our new QB can get them the ball
  22. Tyrod always looks good until it comes time to pull the trigger. It’s a long way from that
