It really does bud. Good work ethic is great for practice but if it doesn’t lead to production on Sunday your not gonna have a long career. Most people agree RB is the easiest position to fill. You see almost every year a good starter goes down and some unknown steps into his place. Mitchell this year, Robinson last. Pollard proved highly valuable when Zeke went down last year. Eckler is another guy that stepped up when Gordon was out. It’s very common. Meanwhile in Buffalo we got two guys who aren’t producing and some are worried about giving another guy an opportunity. Just doesn’t make sense to me

If you don’t get it done Sunday what you do during the week does not matter. It’s that simple

At this point Singletary and Motor haven’t earned anything either. Practice is practice but if your not getting it done in a game your only hurting the team. At some point the coaches gotta say let’s give the other guy a shot

I’m not sure who the better back is at this point and feel it’s really hard to judge with their snap counts and situations used. Devin seems to get more yards per carry but gets no attempts in the red zone where plays are more condensed. That’s tough running that they heavily rely on Moss for…. Like I said, I was looking forward to one guy getting more carries this week. The rotation they have is just not working. If Devin could get back to the way he played in his rookie year I think this board would be pretty satisfied, it’s possible he just needs carries. Everyone talks about giving Allen attempts early to get in rhythm, what about the running backs who carry the ball less then 10 times a game? In close games it’s less then that, their attempts are blown up because of a few blowouts.

Hopefully he sits. I’m eager to see a change in how the unit is run and even though I think Moss would be the better option I was looking forward to seeing Singletary get more touches and hopefully get into more of a rhythm.

I never watch this stuff but based off the pic if Allen throws to the RB there he doesn’t get in the end zone. It’s 3rd down so waiting for something to open up in the end zone does not hurt us at all, just makes the fg try a couple yards longer. It’s kind of a terrible play to choose for him not taking the shorter route. Maybe if it was on second down there would be something to complain about, on third he gotta look to the end zone if the short guy don’t got the room to run it in.

I think the players gotta voicing their opinions, it’s them who it effects most. Refs aren’t held accountable but players get fined speaking out. It’s sad but they gonna have to take them until ***** changes.

At the end of the year this will be the highlight of the Jags season while it will be the Bills biggest disappointment. Difference in the two teams is the Bills expect to win and to the Jags this was a great accomplishment. Probably explains the difference in emotions in the bench. We don’t run the ball because we are terrible at it. If we could run the ball we would. With the work Singletary has got over the past 2.5 years he has got 5 TDs on the ground. If I do my math correctly that’s 1 every 8 games…. Kid just isn’t a threat. Teams are backing off selling out on covering the pass and we still can’t run. Sure he has a nice run here and there but he has a lot of negative ones as well. I’m all for giving one guy more carries trying to get them in better rhythms. Just start changing things up because what we are doing is not ***** working.

Agree the line gotta improve, but so does the RBs. If your switching guys around to help the run game giving other RBs an opportunity to carry the ball also has to be an option. I don’t believe Motor or Moss have done anything to secure their rolls. Motor looked solid his rookie year as a change of pace back for Gore, but has not proved anything since in my opinion. I don’t know. I wasn’t comfortable heading into the season with these guys and I’m super frustrated watching them now. Give Williams a shot, just do something to switch something up. You can add predictable play calling to the list of what is holding this team back. On that first drive we passed the ball all the way to the 4 yard line and they trot Moss out on the field, I’m sure every Bills fan knew what play was gonna be called, hard to believe the Jags didn’t. It’s just bad. I agree a lot of it’s the line but the RBs hold some blame as well. And if you keep making changes with the line and the RBs are showing no progress it’s time to start switching the backs. This ***** ain’t new, we have struggled with the run game since last year. Maybe it’s the rotation, maybe giving one guy the lead back roll and try to get one of them in better rhythm. Just do something
