NFL Week #18 - Around the NFL - Sunday Edition
SCBills replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
Much more star power than MIN/NY … unless it’s a network contractual time slot thing. And especially if Lamar doesn’t play … that night game could be awful. -

1 pm leads me to believe someone knows something about Tua’s status. Doesn’t make sense otherwise, imo. -

Rodgers has the look of a guy who’s walking out of Lambeau as a Packer for the last time. -

Rodgers probably shouldn’t have called them “that team” earlier this season -

Downside … Seattle is such a trash team to make the playoffs. Punt that game to the moon. -

The Bills played with a lot of love in their hearts today

Agreed. Cinci came out with violent intentions last Monday Night. We’ve seen the physicality the Chiefs defense played with two years ago in the AFCCG. They need to bring it now that it’s real. Im confident they will. Great point by Simon .. glad we got that out of our system. -

Don't look now, but Bills rounding into playoff shape.

We started to see some of the “Playoff Bills” out there today. Those explosives should be more available for us moving forward when teams have to deal with us running Allen anytime. Defense, mixed bag .. but when you see Allen tear up during the postgame, it’s clear they were emotionally spent heading into this game. Just goes to show how much better they are than NE to beat a team fighting for their life, while being mentally drained. -
I don’t think the Kamara comparisons for Cook moving forward into his career are far-fetched anymore. That being said, I highly doubt McDermott will go heavy Cook in the playoffs. Probably a split like we’ve seen. …but man, Cook has a ton of potential.

It really comes down to most of us not trusting our defense in big spots. People can say it’s because of Von/Hyde being out .. and that’s some of it .. but it’s time for that side of the ball to step up in a big moment. To date, they haven’t. Heck.. they almost cost us the game against Indy two Wild Cards ago. We have a defensive coach that has invested quite a bit in the defense. The losses on defense hurt .. and I’m not expecting them to shut down good offenses, but we need them to not be a sieve. Way too early to know how the MNF game would’ve gone, and they have been soft to start games all year, but they were again a sieve in a big moment. Do they have a counter? A few wrinkles for the postseason? We shall see..
