  1. We rent a house in Van Buren every once in a long while. Nice, quiet area.
  2. It's hard for me to be away from certain groups I'm close with. Moved West to Denver, and not meeting face to face was why I moved back East. I lived in China for a bit, it's certainly affordable. My loans are steep so I don't think a remote job that can afford them is realistic, but I wouldn't truly know until I dipped my feet. I forgot to add my family is from Dunkirk, I saw you were born there. We used to have a house in the Harrysburg neighborhood on Lake Shore Dr West.
  3. It depends on your priorities, such as how much do you value living near close friends and family (assuming you have said people in your life). And I have student loans. Not affording them is not an option unless I'm ready for things to get ugly for me, legally speaking.
  4. The thought of Ravens fans watching their team lose yet again brightens my day. I'll worry about the Chiefs later.
  5. It's probably as much about adding suites as it is trying to sell out the regular seats.
  6. That's what bothers me. I checked our capacity against the rest of the league and it would be the second smallest in the NFL.
  7. Hah. I appreciate your perspective. Would be hilarious if they were handing out the signs as each person left.
  8. I absolutely understand his mentality on last night and I pretty much agree with everything you said. Just don't think it's worth calling out, we've earned that. My humble opinion. Now, if this becomes a trend and we can't keep butts in seats no matter what then I'll gladly change my tune, but we spent a lot of time, money, and emotions in the tough years on this team, which is why I look at it like a fluke. It was late, we were down, we didn't come back last September, long drives ahead, especially for the Canadians. It's just a lot of things, he should have let it be but called us out on the field and again in the press room. I personally didn't think it was worth doing that.
  9. Possibly. The on field interview didn't ask him about the fans, he still decided to mention people left early, and we need to "have some faith next time".
  10. I do not want to hear anything about our lack of faith from players, not even Josh. Our faith for the last 2+ decades speaks for itself, and for a few minutes I think he forgot that.
  11. I didn't like that clip at all, not giving us any flowers for some super clutch plays. He was clearly disappointed that they lost. With that said, he had good company thinking this was Ravens' game to lose, including half this board.
  12. Some quick thoughts. Pearsall is a lot of folks' breakout player and could be a steal if he's still there by the mid rounds. Mims Jr. had a very strong end to last season, still flying under the radar in many leagues. As crazy as it sounds, Drake Maye could be a good mid tier QB if there's a run on the position before you pick.
  13. We must keep the pressure on Beane to deliver this otherwise what was all of this really for
  14. I cherish every victory we have over Ravens. Worst fans. They think very, very highly of themselves.
  15. Irrelevant but I'm not exactly jumping for joy.
  16. If those three giant bisons out front don't look like the renderings then I will declare this stadium an economic and cultural disaster
  17. Guilty here, too. I remember Shaw and teef from BBMB, among others.
  18. How about the longest playoff drought in North American sports and only two seasons above .500 while Tom Brady goes 32-3 against you and everyone jokes that our team is going to leave us? And toss in a 6-3 loss to the Browns to boot.
  19. I remember him. RB from FSU. Showed promise, and I liked his interviews. I thought maybe we had something there.
  20. Founding Partner for the new stadium. They're going to add a bunch of 5G antennas and cloud capability I think. Apparently they'll offer immersive fan experiences through this tech and it also helps broadcasting teams cut down on staff. This is at least what I'm reading. Who knows if anyone will notice anything.
  21. I don't understand how Baltimore is leading the vote when Allen's Bills still haven't gotten past Chiefs. It's now become its own narrative. What's it going to take for folks to wake up? Five straight losses to them in playoffs? Six? It's Chiefs until it isn't.
  22. Was sitting in a computer lab all alone during the Cleveland game and monitoring the score. That was miserable. I remember coming to a realization that we've probably hit rock bottom. It wasn't even anger, just pure embarrassment.
  23. Beating Patriots in 2011. Watched it with my roommates on a small laptop screen and we were screaming the entire time.
  24. Does this mean we don't have to see the all red Color Rush again? I'd accept that.
