Personally both QBs and RBS didn't fit his style. Tyrod is gun shy and McCoy granted still did his best or very good under him. He needs a Frank Gore or Mark Ingram. Jackson is much better QB than Tyrod or Kaepernick.

I wouldn't trust Roman to teach Allen how to be a QB. But I would love his run designs here right now. Best by far with that.

I don't know I think Roman great running game design helped Lynn get a HC job. Some friends called me crazy told them when Roman or his playbook left McCoy would fall slowly. Roman is the best run game designer in the league. Gave Bellichick fits. It's why i'm glad we'll play them in a few weeks. Hopefully someone figures out how to stop there running game.

This game worries me a bit more so then Eagles game. Browns do have some talent but at same time they have had a really schedule Plus Nick Chubb is a good RB.

Running the ball helps everything. But thats me. Even good QB needs a running game. Without it teams will play vs the pass.
