They are built like a 2000’s football team. I dont fear them. No one on their offense is dynamic. Stop the run make Mac Jones throw. Add star and Brown back into the line up and I see it as a mis match.

Stevenson might provide some juice the offense is missing. Running past people is a skill he seems to have it. Mckenzie muffs another return he can fill in there too. More speed on offense. Brieda, Stevenson, Mckenzie all have it.

Good teams get beat, and badly. Learn from it move on. Still feel it comes down to Bills and Chiefs. Buffalo plays well on thanksgiving. They beat The Saints they are 7-4. In 2 weeks they beat the Patriots 8-4. Long way to go. No need to jump off the bandwagon.

Alot of season left. That was a bad loss. They are 6-4 not dead. 1/2 game out of the division with 2 games to play vs them. Most pundits picked the Bills to go 11-6 maybe 12-5. That is still on the table. 1 game left vs a top qb that is Tom Brady. Buffalo will be favored in every game but 1 maybe 2. They got to find it and I expect they will. All the bandwagon fans will be running back on when they circle them wagons again.

Mcdermott lets his coaches coach and call games for the most part un interrupted. Last year he got heavily involved on the defense game day. I think he is paying attention more to the offense. Getting Allen under center and more base personal is 100% to me McDermott’s call.

Its Cody Ford/ Bobby Hart/ Tommy Doyle/ Bates. Who ever starts on the right side of the line will be a big factor in the outcome Sunday. If they are average we will be alright. If they are terrible we will be in for some trouble. Allen has played Houdini before but not ideal.

Imo they go with Doyle who will have a short leash to Hart if needed. I like them keeping Williams at RG. Allen is good at getting out of pressure around the edge. Can’t really do anything when it comes up the middle. Doyle just needs to push the defender around the edge past Allen. Give Allen his preferred roll out lane to his right.

Optimism take… They are not going Ford at guard and Williams at OT. That would strain the interior depth. Doyle who is the current swing tackle is going to start. With Doyle in the line up they need a emergency OT. I think Bates is the 6th lineman this week. Anyone goes down he is in. If 2 go down than Hart would be next in line.

I think with the offense it is easy to fall into a dont panic mindset. Allen will get it. The plays maybe be right but more is going into not making the play than Allen seeing it. I think Mcdermott needs to use more authority game day. Hey we cant block so and so switch it up. Help so and so on passing plays. More nuanced. No play calling, no scheme change. Simple nudge here and there. Basically, control the game. Buffalo scores 21 to 29 the offense has issues. I think the struggle on offense is slightly over stated. They have been statistically, very good. A perfect offensive performance Buffalo might score 70 points.

Brown being 1 of the 5 best lineman on the team isn't an indictment on Doyle. Brown flashes as the best lineman on the team. Doyle just needs to be more than a liability. Bar isnt high her at all.
