As of right now the loss of Floyd, Poyer, Hyde, and Morse has made those areas weaker. Everywhere else is normal off season attrition. After the draft I can see where getting younger at multiple spots will result in a net positive.

I think being realistic you would have to down grade Oline, Edge, and saftey

The Case for Trading Back [Discussion]
Mat68 replied to WhitewalkerInPhilly's topic in The Stadium Wall
I would trade down some to pick up a 3rd. Kinda in a position to take the best remaining player at dline oline or wr. All the players considering at 28 one will be there 10 picks later. I think they could get aggressive late 2nd and 3rd to target guys they want. -

The most 1 sided trade in history. Browns did nothing with those picks. -
Does Josh Allen still work as hard in the offseason?
Mat68 replied to Buffalo_Stampede's topic in The Stadium Wall
He said his main focus is ball placement and hitting his guys on the run to get more yac. That is what he said the last 2 years. The deep ball is what it is. A low percentage play. This year I dont remember 1 wr making a contested catch down field. The dbs made more plays on the ball than the wrs this year. Years past Diggs was 70/30 80/20. This past year it was 10/90. Concentrate on the short and intermediate it is 90% of the plays. The most accurate deep balls can be drops and the miss timed bad balls can be catches or penalties. -

No nerve. I understand his routine and its not much different than other elite Qbs. -

The end of the last 2 seasons he is at the presser with blood stains on both arms and some are questioning his dedication? -
Kincaid’s rookie season was better then all in catches and yards and only Gronk had more Tds…. I know Laporta had an all time type season but Kincaid had a very good season by rookie Te standards. Already has the franchise Te catch record and rookie catch record. He needs to improve but what second year player doesnt?

Jackson Powers is an option at 28. Play center or guard. Closer to the size of Torrence instead of Morse. Maybe Fraizer from WVU at 60. The team obviously likes McGovern. Seems like he is excited to play center. The open spot is at guard. Who ever is drafted probably starts their career at LG even if they can play center. I think they can find a player in the 4th that is projected as guard only who could start early. Early drafted guys are those with flexibility across the line. Simply being a guard will push them down a bit.

As rookies go Kincaid had a very productive year. He is going have close to 100 catches and 1,000 yards every year.

Coming off a good stretch of play. I think he starts. Time will tell. An interior Dlineman and interior olineman and you could turn your attention to the draft for the most part imo.
-
Solid guy. Could start, may not. Every position has someone who could start and you could expect average production out of. Pre draft that is a good spot to be in. Bring in the best prospects possible and increase the roster. Better than create a hole, replace the hole wash repeat.

They do not make it to October.

This is the house of cards of the NFL this year. I wager they are more likley to miss the playoffs and everyone is fired vs making the playoffs.

Why? Nothing he can say or do will raise his status. He didnt have to do any of it. He came spoke to teams, provided medicals and moved on. It is still a business he had nothing to gain from participating. In todays about me and social media generation, putting in the work and going about his business quietly imo is not a neg. Great point. Why train for drills you need to perform once. He is going to be a great player. Maybe more steak and potatoes than flash.

Diggs and 60. I wouldnt give up Diggs and a first. It will take more but that is too much. Best case he produces like Diggs. Diggs is a top 10 wr right now. Your buying age and price so understand the kicker for both with Diggs but I wont sell the farm for another wr. KC and before that NE proved that to be faulty roster construction.

He is all about size, speed and twitch. I think this take he will eventually want back. Nabers ok. Thomas jr. though is not the prospect Harrison Jr is. Thomas looks the part and is the most impressive athlete at the positions this year. Harrison is just so smooth and steady. He reminds me of Larry Fitz. Not the crazy speed or twitch but will have a 10 plus year career no doubt. As much as his name brought him hype it also brought him pressure. He surpassed it all. Job on the line, bullet to your head Harrison is the most sure thing at a position in awhile and that is why he goes wr 1.
