Slowly he is becoming my pick as well. Curious as well who from the Bills will be in attendance today as well as who attended Mayfield's pro day yesterday. I feel that will definitely tell us there motives.
Agreed. However we haven't in my eyes overpaid for anybody so far in Free Agency. With that being said I would be shocked if when the numbers do come in we will be unhappy. I believe we are going to see the real Star shine this year.
The Patriots have ruled us for so long that thoughts like this in my opinion go through all our minds especially when in the end we actually win one over them. We are witnessing a changing of the guard if only in a small way in signing Murph & McCarron from the Patriots.
I need to keep telling myself that it is still early in free agency and the 2nd wave is still to come. Also I have never liked drafting WR as it seems it takes them a couple years to get acclimated to NFL cornerbacks. My opinion. Hopefully in this 2nd wave we sign a legitimate #2 speed receiver who has been around the block so to speak. Also I wouldn't mind us drafting a TE to be heir apparent to Clay.
I am new to posting but have always enjoyed reading your posts Shaw. It is almost frightening with how much I agree with your posts. With that being said these last 2 years of being a lifelong fan of the Buffalo Bills has been awesome to say the least.
I honestly loved him coming out of college and was hoping we drafted him. He obviously hasn't panned out on a few teams. I believe he sat out last year. Maybe having to sit out last year has made him hungry. 2nd round pick for the Ravens. I like that we are thinking outside the norm and no stone is left unturned.
That is why trading for Foles would be foolish in my opinion. Sign a 3rd tier guy to hold down the fort as a back up and throw the rookie into the fire especially because of the cost of all our draft picks.
We gave him a 2 year deal and I have never heard of him before. I am going to trust that they see something in him no one else has. I am going to Trust the Process.
I agree whole heartedly. Especially since we have Shaq on his rookie contract although we really haven't gotten a good return on our first round money. I love the Murphy signing as he seems like a real player when healthy. I can roll with Hughes & Murph as our DE's.
Personally would still like to bring him in for a reasonable price. Although he really wouldn't be able to help our rookie like a veteran QB could in locker room. I guess I am on the fence.
Totally agree. Although I am sure they have somebody else we have never heard of that will come in and not miss a beat. That is one of the things I envy about the patriots.
