That's like saying teams shouldn't be interested in Jacobi Meyers as a starter because of the lateral in the Raiders game...
-
He's good depth. I think all some fans know about him is the play w/ Jefferson.
-
Do some fans here watch the Bills? No, I wouldn't want to sign him at that price. But Buffalo will miss him in a big way. He was one of our top defenders last year.
-
I don't think they should move on from Brown yet. He has so much potential, and he has played well at times. I would guess their thinking is let's see how he does with a full offseason & no injury to deal with. I think the line you post there is very solid, but I do expect them to draft a guard in one of the 1st couple of rounds (maybe a tackle to compete w/ Brown, who they feel could convert if Brown plays well).
-
I was just thinking that my ideal 1st or 2nd rounder is a tackle who they could potentially move to guard.
-
Honestly, I feel like it's a successful FA period already. I really just wanted to see them get at least one solid guard. I think they can fill most of the other pressing needs in the draft. I'd expect another guard taken in the 1st 3 rounds somewhere.

Jordan Poyer Discussion - Does he stay?
Success replied to Warriorspikes51's topic in The Stadium Wall
If we re-sign Poyer, I'll actually lose a little bit of faith. This is exactly the time when you cut ties w/ an aging player. And I love Poyer. But it's over.- 115 replies

The Best Rock Guitar Player this World will ever know...
Success replied to T&C's topic in Off the Wall
Great guitar playing has to be put in the context of the times. There are hundreds of guitar players today (probably thousands) who can shred better than Hendrix ever could. It has become commoditized. But my vote is STILL Hendrix. Broke the mold. -
2023 Yankees thread.........Domingo German pitches perfect game

It's great to see Volpe doing well. They held him out of a few potential trades, but it's all worth it if he pans out. Starting to get pretty excited about opening day. It will help me overcome my impatience for the next Bills season to start. -
Not ideal, but hardly something to fear.

Everyone seems to think Miller is done or close to it - here, and opposing fans also. Not buying it. The guy is one of the best defenders of the past 2 decades. He was not only playing great for us when he was healthy - he was elevating the play of Oliver, Groot, Epenesa and Lawson, among others. There isn't really a good way to compare the defense when he was healthy, and after he got injured. Green Bay signed Reggie White at the same age many years ago, and he played great for them for years, and helped them win a SB. I love the Von Miller signing and always will.

Not as good as S Christian Benford.

Damn. Tyreek Hill is really, really, fast.

I noticed in the playoff game last year. -
When Miller was playing, Oliver had a few games where I felt like he had arrived & was playing up to his potential. Then he disappeared in a few games after that, and was spotty the rest of the way. If we could get the early season guy, it would make such a huge difference. He CAN play at a high level and make a real impact. But he has to do it consistently.

Sounds good to me. I think they'll restructure another few players to try to up the cap space to around $25-30M. That will give them quite a bit of flexibility to make some needed moves.

Bears to trade #1 overall pick to Panthers
Success replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
I have no idea how to gauge trade value. Would it have cost them much more to get Lamar Jackson? -
I doubt Belichick will want to pay Poyer what he wants. He's not one to invest too much in players who are over 30. The Pats might lose Jonathan Jones, too. Their secondary could be pretty weak.

Robinson is a little different. If he dropped to 27, I think we'd almost have to take him. We could shore up the line in the next few rounds.
