I completely disagree with this. Tyrod is a pro's pro and experience counts for a lot in his case. I get it, he will never be a true franchise QB but I am not the least bit surprised he would be the better option to start 2018 for the Browns.

I doubt it. They were trying to gain draft capital and a young CB who's skills were not ideal for McDermott's defense was a good way to do that.

Best case scenario is the best players make the team regardless of draft hype/position. A lot of GM's hold onto high draft picks so they don't look bad. This regime can easily move on from him since they did not select him and I would not be surprised if they did at this point. What will be interesting is seening how they deal with a high round bust....do they move on as quickly as they are willing to move on from Whaley/Ryan picks or will they fall into the common trap.

I think 1st infraction puts you "in the program" Then it takes 2 more for anything to be made public and it comes with a 4 game suspension. So even getting a 4 game suspension shows complete idiotic decision making, 4-5-6.......just write them off.

A lot of times that is true, the head is part of it but they eyes are too. Saying no defender ever reads the eyes of a QB is just wrong, middle linebackers and satetys absolutely do at times.

Have you ever heard of a QB ""looking the safety off". Why would one need to do that if you cant read his eyes.

Sanders was largely a product of Manning....his best days are behind him....doubt you would get more than 400 yards from him in Buffalo. Thomas is a true difference maker and I doubt they would be willing to move him given the two.

tell them or convince them? Two very different things. If you were not a Bills fan would you be convinced they are going in the right direction? My feeling is that they for the first time in a very long time have a coach and GM with real vision and a real plan. That plan depends a lot on how well Josh Allen (or possibly McCarron) performs in the NFL. They could easily be mediocre for the foreseeable future if they don't get good QB play.

The Browns have won 1 game in two years, they are perhaps the worst team ever right now and they need/want to change that percetpion. The roster is not that bad and with Tyrod they could easily win a handful of games, pretty sure the Browns want to get some wins, show improvement and will then switch over to Mayfield later in the year.

Players and owners stand to lose money if the protests continue. The problem is some of the players are too dumb to care about that so they had to bribe them. Pretty much exactly how people handle 5 year olds.
