  1. omg lol...you are joking i hope. All the talk and design ideas were heavily slanted to design out the wind issues that ruin games. 🤷‍♂️
  2. rep on show said field will be only 12 to 15 feet below grade, vs over 50 feet below grade in Highmark.
  3. I was a big fan of the Continental Basketball Association back in the day. That was my nickname on all the CBA teams message boards we had a lot of fun on them. People knew me by my nickname and called me that in person. Lol.
  4. incorrect. Any team trading for CM has a small cap hit this year of half of his 1 mill yearly salary (depending on what week the trade happens) but if cut in off season new team has mega dead cap hit of 15 to 18 mill. Exact number unknown as spotrak site does not update trade numbers until after a trade.
  5. Pegs and NFL paying over 50% of new Bills stadium when it is all said and done. and no passing. lol
  6. remember when Trump, and later Biden, contracted Covid and everyone was asking about it? That was fun.
  7. why? In Chicago area Bears noon games on Fox almost always have a CBS game on at noon too. Just sometimes the other network not showing Bears choses better game at 3. And if Bears network does not have the doubleheader the Bears game will have a game running on other network every time regardless of if Bears play at noon or 3. Every market rotates one network doing the doubleheader at noon and 3, and the other network gets one game at noon or 3.
  8. interesting that Boston chose Panthers/Rams late game over Bucs/Steelers early game. You would think Pats fans would want to watch Brady since Pats suck.
  9. no need to throw to WR's when starting TE is left uncovered time after time. Repeatedly. Wide open. Running free. Like a Bison on the prairie. Especially in Red Zone.
  10. yes that is true. But that was not part of the name the team process for current franchise originally owned by Ralph. Ralph adopted the Bills name from the previous franchise. He did not hold a name the team contest. The original AAFC team did the fan contest in '47, changing from Bisons, choosing Bills, claiming out of 4500 entries the fans choose Bills 1st, over Bullets 2nd, Nickels 3rd, Blue Devils 4th. I don't know if i believe that. I think team owner James Breuil, who owned Frontier Oil, really liked Bills choice due to the explanation on the two chosen as co-winning fans submissions linking Buffalo Bill Cody on 1 fan sub with illustration.(that Bills actually used in early years) and 2nd fan sub linking Buffalo Bill Cody with Frontier Oil western expansion. wiki: and many other sites confirm this also: "Wilson got wind of Lamar Hunt's plans for a new league, the American Football League, to challenge the NFL. He tried to put together a team in Miami, but was turned down. His next choice was Buffalo, where the AFL's first choice of owner, Pat McGroder, had declined to start a team. In September 1959, Wilson sent Hunt a telegram with the words, "Count me in with Buffalo.” He named his new team the Bills, after a previous team that had played in the All-America Football Conference from 1946 to 1949. On October 28, 1959, the Buffalo Bills officially became the seventh AFL team."
  11. ok...you asked...lol...here we go. I Iove this question. Let's get into it: For the love of Football Gods i have explained this many times before on multiple sites and threads. The current team franchise is not named after Buffalo Bill Cody. It is named after the previous franchise from Buffalo that played in the defunct All American Football Conference. (AAFC) Newspaper articles clearly stated Wilson had a name the team contest but instead decided on his own to adopt the nickname of the old AAFC franchise. "Bills"
  12. it's already out KC plays Bills in KC next year.
  13. that's subjective. Jets are getting better now. Fins are tough w Tua. Chargers suck Rams suck Broncos are not even good enough to suck etc etc........
  14. because Bills schedule is loads harder than KC's, the rest of the way.
  15. ok, but if Bills lose Sunday then KC would need to lose two more games than Bills the rest of the way for Bills to get home field back. Not likely. A Bills win is not a lock for home field, but a loss is a nail in coffin. This is big to have chance at home field. and if FG kicker is up. It's "The Shank"
  16. Yes. if KC beats Bills they will be 5-1 Bills will be 4-2. That is a "one game" lead but since KC would own the tiebreaker head to head win it is effectively a "two game" lead. Bills would need to win out and KC would need to lose "two games" for Bills to have home field.
  17. this is not baseball where they denote standings differences by half games. NFL denotes full games only. Buf/KC winner has tiebreaker so it is effectively two games lead.
  18. FYI: if you pull ball out of players hand it is ruled a fumble and turnover. FYI #2. Happened in Bears Vikings game yesterday at end to seal win for Vikes. FYI #3. also, if ball carrier has ball, then loses ball up in air and defender catches it in air it is also a fumble. ty.
  19. D Adams kills everyone when on Packers. Craps the bed on Raiders......sad.
  20. yes it has been done in the past.
  21. Bills pull away in 2nd half so close games don't occur all that much when they win.
  22. would have been enough. Diggs caught the contested ball, landed, turned up field, started running, then inexplicably, instead of sprinting for sideline, he slows and stutter high stepped, for who knows why, before finally running out of bounds. Diggs should have batted it to the ground. It was a possible pic 6. He should have played defense. yes, i wanted to set a record, for commas.....lol
