  1. My supervisor's 10 month old granddaughter was in the ICU for 5 days, fighting this virus. She's still not out of the woods yet. The media had absolutely nothing to do with it.
  2. *On that note, I can't imagine that Matthew Stafford is going to risk it.
  3. I agree, but from Seattle's perspective, they're expecting to be picking very late in the 1st round and Adams might be the final piece for that defense. If they somehow manage to re-sign Clowney, look out!
  4. The State Department, huh? Guess it's Woody's time on the never-ending revenge tour... https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/jets-chairman-christopher-johnson-says-hell-pay-any-anthem-related-fines-for-jets-players/
  5. This board is going to be very interesting if Allen fails to take the next step.
  6. All aboard...the night train!
  7. Godspeed, John Lewis. Thanks for your relentlessness in the face of adversity. #goodtrouble
  8. The longer the Cowboys wait, the more they're going to have to pay Dak. They have no other alternative and no, Dalton is not as good as Prescott.
  9. Good to see deserving players getting paid as opposed to over valued middling QBs.
  10. ? 30.5 sacks in 37 career games. 10 sacks in 10 games last season. 24 years old. And F Mason Rudolph!
  11. I think the Bills are safe. No one associates this team with Buffalo Bill Cody.
  12. That may have been a possiblity if Snyder weren't so loathed around here.
  13. A smart and efficient way to score a 7 figure payday.
  14. I'm surprised he wasn't chomping at the bit to change the name for this reason alone.
  15. "Can't win if you don't look good." - Nick Wey (Motocross)
  16. I was thinking Lester Freeman and Bunk Moreland.
  17. Golladay is monster and put up numbers last year with Driskel and Blough at QB after Stafford went down. One more thing... Allen Robinson is the most underrated wideout in football. A top 5 talent that is missing the QB to help get him there.
  18. Really sucks he's coming into his own so late in his career. He's Fredex-like in that way.
  19. He also had Jason Garrett as his HC. The Cowboys should operate through Zeke, not bank on Dak to carry them to glory.
  20. I'll be honest. When I saw a snippet of what DeSean posted, the antisemitism was apparent. Like I knew it was there but I had no clue what the quote meant. It sounded like some hair-brained conspiracy theory akin to the ones you hear about George Soros. I just brushed it off. I'd bet $1,000 that DeSean Jackson, himself, couldn't elaborate on what he posted, which makes it worse. Ignorance begetting ignorance.
  21. The coverage has been light? A quick google search and it pops up everywhere. It will be talked about on every major sporting outlet today, without fail. This high standard that athletes are held to is crazy to me. They spoke out on what they know. Systemic racism, police brutality, etc. against people of color. Now they have to be on the front lines of all racism and inequality to be taken seriously? Is this for all athletes or only black athletes? Admittedly, I don't know a ton about anti-semitic tropes or the argument of Black Hebrew Israelites. I fully understand that what Jackson said was ignorant, hurtful and that he should be disciplined for it. That said, I'm not sure I'd go on a Twitter rant blasting him for it.
  22. The post, on it's own merit, is reprehensible. No need to mischaracterize it as a Hitler quote. And I don't get this line of thinking. Were Jewish players vocal about Brees' remarks?
