  1. Aaron Donald is the most dominant defensive player I've ever seen. Lord knows what his body is telling him after wreaking havoc at the highest level all these years. Early retirement is a little surprising, but considering the current climate of valuing one's time and health, not really. $100 mill in career earnings with nothing left to accomplish. Why not?
  2. I thought I picked up on that but wasn't sure. Apologies, @ScottLaw.
  3. But winning the Super Bowl is the whole point. I could stomach the Bills being where the Eagles are now had they just won the Super Bowl 3 years prior. You have a short window in this league. No one should be expecting Patriot-level sustained success, especially with all the QB talent in the AFC. As great as Brees, Rodgers and Wilson are and some of the teams they've had, they each have 1 ring. Cliché as it might be, it's hard to win in this league.
  4. There is no dominant team in the NFL...how it should be, really.
  5. Yeah, he's done for sure this time.
  6. Didn't know I had to be a musical scholar to enjoy it. Again, there are quite a few artists that use live bands when performing. The complexity of a true MC's lyrics aren't something I'd expect a Keith Richards to understand. It takes a good ear to catch the word play, schemes, double and triple entrendes, etc.
  7. After what the acquisition of Diggs did for this team, you'd think folks would be more open to trades and "win now" mode.
  8. Never seen Jay-Z live, eh. And there are plenty of Rap artists that have riveting and intelligent topics in their music. You'd have to actually listen to the music to know.
  9. I definitely hate country music.
  10. Good, consistent play and be lucky with minimal injuries to key guys.
  11. Yes, he was dressed to the nines. It's the Super Bowl! Bills fans have a weird inferiority complex with any other young QB that is seen as Allen's competition. First it was Lamar, then Mahomes, now it's Burrow. It'll be Herbert next season if the Chargers are successful.
  12. Happy for all the vets on LA. Donald and Stafford's careers are cemented. Von Miller picks up ring #2. Robert Woods was a major contributor up until his injury. Cooper Kupp just iced one of the greatest seasons by a player in NFL History.
  13. Heck of a businessman though.
  14. I need to know why Joe Mixon wasn't on the field for the last 2 plays.
  15. That's what you get for running and playing Perine when you have Joe Mixon.
  16. A lot of disappointing comments in this thread. Leroy Butler was the 1st person in NFL History to record 20 ints and 20 sacks in a career and was voted to the NFL 1990s all decade team. He also has a Super Bowl ring. Absolutely a Hall of Famer, as is Bryant Young *and Sam Mills.
  17. I'm not big on Baker at all. He had the best line and rushing attack in football that helped mask his shortcomings. All things equal, there's quite a few QBs I'd rather have. I certainly wouldn't pay him $30 mill per season.
  18. For a 2nd year QB coming off an ACL injury and having one of the worst pass blocking lines I've seen this season, I don't think he's being overhyped at all.
  19. Good hire for the Phins.
  20. Both are on the smaller side, which gives me concern for their durability. Williams also doesn't seem to be a "natural hands" guy. He catches with his body a lot. Not opposed to either, but if the Bills are going to burn a 1st round pick on a WR I'd like for it to be on a guy who could eventually become the #1 option.
  21. They are not trading Toney, I don't care what rumors are out there.
  22. I'm all in for Drake London in the draft. That's our Mike Evans.
  23. My cousin got 18 months for breaking a guy's orbital bone in a 1-punch "fight". He did have a prior arrest on his record, however.
  24. I'd want Flores as well, but Lovie isn't a bad choice. Not having an elite QB, assuming Watson is traded, is Houston's biggest problem.
