I agree for most part only change if really make is Reggie Gilliam over Morris. I like Morris more. But Gilliam atleast can play backup TE and play FB. And seems to be a better special teams player.

I think people are just witnessing the evolution of the game. Its a passing league. Its a spread out league. You now need Linebackers who can run and cover. The NFL is getting faster by putting more recievers onto the field at once. Its only natural to combat speed with speed. I think the more the league becomes a passing league the smaller LBers are getting. I also think that many kids growing up see Von Miller success as an edge rusher. They see that he has been super successful at a smaller weight so now 240lbs and 250lbs high school and college players realize they can make more money as edge rushers tham ILBs.

So based on who we signed and invited we still need atleast 2 DE, Nickle, Safety, and maybe another CB and C to to field a full rookie mini camp

He is probably a rookie minicamp invite and not a signing. So he is not under contract but gets an invite to minicamp to try and earn a contract

Have we? I think we do a really good job bringing them in but our team is so loaded and Beane does a great job of filling 53 out with free agents that we just havent had space on roster for many UDFA.

Benard to play one game at ILB for us last year and I think Beane may have added Williams to take his role and move Bernard to MLB We picked 91st... thats almost a 4th rounder. Usually mid 3rd is when the draft really starts to vary based on all the player grades. Thats when you see players who are thought of as 4ths and 5ths and even 6ths get drafted cause the experts didnt value them as much as teams GMs did. And if you are expecting you 91st selection to come in contribute and start right away then thats a bigger issue.... that means you are desperate to fill a position and wont let a young guy develop naturally and are so forcing them into playing time.

Im seeing Dorian Williams becoming our new Milano backup at WLB and then moving Benard to MLB permanently to compete with Dodson.

I think we should trade down at this point without Simpson on board and nab some extra picks
