Hopefully the kid gets whatever it is straightened out. My BIGGEST takeaway from this story is obviously the Chiefs organaztion has never consulted with McDermott for any type of advice or they would know, rookies are not to be played, just drafted and whispered about in the shadows

What is bizarre is most first rounders start day one; if injured, start when they are healthy. Bills like to use that first round as a developmental pick and "coach em up" to an average starter after quite a few games into the season. Basically, what all 31 other teams use for the 5th round or later picks. Hairston should see the field the second he is healthy or Buffalo should not have spent a 1st round pick on him. That is the entire reasoning behind 1st rounders being so valuable, cant seem to figure out why Beane and Co. do not get this concept.

We have CB and Safetys that cant cover or tackle, LBs that cant tackle, DL that cant get pressure and all of them stay on the field. Our second best weapon on offense isn't the best blocker so we keep him on the sideline???? Lunacy to ever have Cook off the field in any big play situation. We give up so easily on the offensive side with Cook, but keep crap on the defensive side all game to repeatedly watch the same issues occur with no changes.

Not sure if he is on or not. Mike Tirico was already on and announced the opening game. No mention of Josh as of yet......

What's even funnier is on every major sports outlet it is the top story, however if you go to NFL's website, there is no mention of it unless you read one article and these is just a brief mention.

Hope the Bills D makes his first outing a nightmare. I personally am not a fan, purely because I dont think he was the most NFL ready QB in that class.

I am 13 hours from Buffalo, so we are going to the Chiefs game(road game for us). Taking a lifelong Bills fan to his first home game as well as my 2 daughters, so super excited this year!

They do have a bad habit of not turning the rookies loose, even when they are the better option. Hope McD can free himself of that, it would be nice to have a few rookies who contribute all season for a change.

No way this happens IMO. Davis was a beast at the college level and looks built to impress at the pro level. Johnson hasn't done much outside the end of last season in spot duty. I am hoping to see lots of Davis in the backfield this year.

I love this pick. SO much short yardage opportunity for Davis here and really keeps Allen out of some bad possibilities for injury. I think he is going to push Johnson back to primarily ST now. This guy ran over/through quite a few SEC D-Lines with ease last season. I am struggling to find anything negative about the pick. What the highlite tapes don't show is just how often he needed short yardage and was keyed on and still managed to pick up the needed yards. Always seemed to know where the marker was. Should eliminate lots of the 1 yard short issues the Bills seem to have had the last few years in crucial moments. Especially the back to back 3rd and 1 turning into 4th and 1.

I think highly of Rattler too. It isn't like Caleb tore it up in place of Rattler. He also had quite a few games at OU that he went off in. He had no oline at SC and basically carried the team against far superior SEC talent. I would go so far to say I would wager he has a better and longer NFL career than Caleb Williams. That being said, dont want or need the Bills to draft him. Not really under the radar but I would be happy if we got Legette or McConkey if either are available later than expected.

Yes, grill at a super high heat to finish so you get the required crunch, or smoke to flavor and then fry them off. We do whole pork belly quite often and it is always a hit.

Totally agree with this(Except the healthy part) We are in South Carolina so my smoker will be going, loaded with wings.....also have a few bottles of BarBill Honey Butter BBQ for the faint of heart as well as the standard fare - Hot Buffalo Sauce. GO BILLS!
