Honestly, he is so raw it may take him 5 years before he reaches his potential...the pass may have been tipped...but we know that his accuracy can be spotty at times, too, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it was just a poor throw.
I’m cautiously optimistic...still would like to see him become a more rhythmic passer, especially with the short game...with his height those should be easy completions every week to help get his percentage over 60.
Allen reminds me so much of Kaepernick...fast as hell with a rocket arm...unfortunately, not efficient enough to sustain many drives...if the Bills are going anywhere in the future, this kid needs to get MUCH better than he is.
I think priority #1 this offseason NEEDS to be getting a #1 receiver in FA or draft for young QB to develop with- it must be done or else we are seriously hindering Allen’s growth imo.
Depends on what you want out of the season...are you trying to win or is your goal to give Allen experience? There is no right or wrong answer...but your answer should depend on what you want out of this season.
That being said, I couldn’t care less either way...Go Bills!
No sure it’s the play calling as much as the QB making the play calling look good...it is clear Barkley understands concepts and defenses better than Allen at this point
