In addition, I don’t believe Dabol has been able to bring in his own staff yet...they hired him I don’t recall any other new hires on offense...therefore I could see castillo being gone and a real QB coach brought in after the season

It is appearing more and more that there is no plan- just making decisions as they go- kinda like throwing sliced meats at a wall and seeing which one sticks...and oh yeah, did I mention they suck at talent evaluation?
It’s funny, every year, for some odd reason this organization feels they need the best, most expensive FB in the game...and every year that player averages around 2 plays a game and contributes nothing of substance ...go figure.
