  1. I am actually more proud tonight that the Pegulas are the owners after that statement... yeah...see u next Sunday "Talk to me...so you can see...ohh What's Goin' On" - Marvin Gaye I think I have a solution...everyone should just sing the Canadian national anthem so that it would only be disrespecting their flag...I think we could bring the whole country together in agreement with that.
  2. Of all the QBs Falk is the one I see ending up on the Bills...not because he is my favorite, but just because I think he will be the best one available when we pick...I predict he will go between 10-15...I have also read a few articles which suggest he would be perfect for a WCO at the pro level.
  3. Wait, slow down everyone...I'm trying to decide which side I want to be offended by.
  4. Last year...Chiefs 1st half, Raiders 1st QTR, and second Fins game we saw Tyrod unleashed and it was awesome...I don't understand why some think that bottling him up is the best way to go...Whenever TT just lets it fly we seem to score a ton of points....
  5. please no more running on 1st down...u know they are stacking the box on early downs, so why not try to get the passing game going then?
  6. I agree with this 100%...sure the whole offense played like crap, but Tyrod is the leader of the offense, and to me it was he who left plays on the field...and I'm getting tired of hearing coaches throw everyone under the bus EXCEPT suspect #1- the QB...why don't you ever hear coaches say their QB needs to keep his eyes down field more, get rid of the ball on time, and hit his open receivers? They act like there is no elephant in the room.
  7. exactly...there is a reason the strategy for other teams in to "Make him be a quarterback"
  8. Gotta admit, I feel kind of appreciate the notoriety...even if it is poking fun, at least people know the Bills still exist after being irrelevant for so long.
  9. Unfortunately, I feel the only way to acquire Mason Rudulph is with a top 2 pick...and I just don't see any way that happens...I'm thinking the Bills will be choosing from the 2nd tier QBs, ala Baker Mayfield and Luke Falk. Oooo I can't wait...next spring is gonna be so much fun!
  10. Peterman would have connected with those receivers...I feel this is like when chan took over and Trent wasn't doing jack so he made the switch to Fitz- it is only a matter of time for tyrod because it is beyond clear he is just not cut out for qb in the nfl
  11. ding ding ding!!! this is the correct answer. Tyrod is not the solution...and that is the problem. I agree that he wasn't the whole problem...but he is a major reason the Bills don't comeback when trailing in games or put teams away when they have their chance...even when he has opportunities and plenty of time on the clock, his ultra conservatism and hesitation in processing what is happening around him make it exceedingly difficult for him when the pressure is on in crunch time imo...and this appears to be the result of him not having a "killer instinct" and having a very laid back approach...this is why many don't ever see Tyrod as a franchise QB and are quick to jump on him when we have games like yesterday...it just seems like par for the course.
  12. Furthermore....Beane wasn't here when McD decided to keep Tyrod...maybe he would have just let him walk.
  13. I understand...but this is not Tyrod's first rodeo...we have seen it time and time again with him...I might see it differently if we were used to better play from Tyrod...but after 7 years in the league and 3 years on the Bills, this is who he is...so, it makes it kind of hard to defend...but I certainly give you credit for trying.
  14. this is so true...he rarely throws the ball when the offensive play requires him to.
  15. Tyrod's YPA was 5.0, Shaw...five point O. Yet we are the whiners because we want a passing attack that isn't last in the league every year...
  16. That's gotta be up there with the "We punted well" comment from Jauron. The is the best point I have heard in a long time, and one that I have been thinking as well. Tyrod Taylor NEVER plays to win the game...but he ALWAYS plays not to lose...this is why he never scores at the end of regulation like the best teams do...he has terrible situation awareness, like when he scrambled for 4 yards yesterday instead of throwing the ball downfield or out of bounds to stop the clock...he just doesn't do the little things that are required to win games consistently...he just tries not to turn the ball over in hopes that the rest of the team can win the game for him.
  17. yup...let's just hope Beane is a little smarter than Whaley.
  18. ya know I keep hearing people say this, but I'm gonna say something that might upset some people- it is not a guarantee we take a 1st round QB next year...I know it may sound crazy...but depending who declares and where we pick in relation to other QB needy teams, we may not have a shot at someone we are targeting...there is a distinct chance that once Tyrod is released after the season, Peterman may be competing with a 2nd rounder or later pick for starter. If Darnold and Rosen do not declare, I feel it really hurts the Bill's chances for drafting a first round QB...because then Rudolph would likely go #1 overall, and you are left with Mayfield (who I don't feel is a McBeane type of guy in physical attributes and off-the-field issues), and Luke Falk (who I'm not even sure will be graded out as a 1st round prospect), and Josh Allen, who looks no better than a 4th round prospect who would be wise to return to school. So, to me, NOT drafting a QB high is certainly not out of the question...When all is said and done, Peterman could very well be our best option next year.
  19. I always got the impression that defensive minded coaches were always poor at clock management in general because not knowing the offensive play call ahead of time puts them at a disadvantage imo.
  20. This team is going nowhere with Taylor- he just doesn't understand the nuances of the position, and it constantly costs the team wins
  21. haha...I knew it wasn't just me...maybe the 17 years has finally pushed him over the edge.
  22. Funny, I feel the same way about boobies...to each his own, I guess.
