I don't know man...the dude overcame 34 points in the second half...it's not like he just had a pretty good game...that game is his defining moment and will go down in history as one of the all time greatest comebacks.

I have been saying this for a while now...I'm mainly focused on these three guys....mainly because they are seniors and the other top QB are underclassman and unlikely to declare. agreed...especially when college QBs are all bills fans are talking about these days....

I have to say, I can't really get mad at him...I mean, if he lied about wanting to make the world a better place, that is one thing...but it seems like the bills might have been somewhat disingenuous with him (similar to how a lot of fans feel)...he joined a team with some pretty good talent that he thought had a shot at the playoffs...I'm sure he didn't think the team was going to trade away two of it's best players and stockpile picks for the following year, when he isn't even going to be here.

Yes I agree...obviously its a topic every bills fan is talking about because the new regime is going to be drafting one in 9 months...I think it should be in this forum as well...and plus, nobody goes to the college forum to look for updates.

I'm not so sure...remember, all the guys they draft next year are going to be rookies, so I don't know how much you can expect out of them for a playoff push.

right...so, I basically take this to mean that they are going to be a team that will fight hard and not give up no matter what talent they have on the team...but I think some people are getting upset because they see a rebuild taking place, and they think they were, in some way, tricked by the organization, into having high hopes for the season and being a playoff contender. I will admit, that initially, I thought that as well...but after I began to see what they were doing (trades for future picks), I came to the realization that they are not playing for a championship this year...I now feel like they are in the process of building their "championship" team and that it may take 2-3 years to get there- and that they are first trying to get all their "ducks in a row"...but having said that, they will still fight and compete as hard as they can...at least that what I am taking away from the situation...I'm ok with this plan and have total faith in these guys to do whatever they feel is necessary to get there...after all, what other choice do I have? LOL

yes...i believe u only have to be in school for 2 years...however, imo, he would be wise to keep learning the game and improving his skills at the college level.

Did McBeane ever really say they expected to be a playoff contender or did they just say they going to try and compete? Because you can be a real crappy team but still try to compete...perhaps people misunderstood what they said? Does anyone have actual quotes because I honestly don't know what was said.

No...Beane had the offer from the Rams on the table before the Vikings game, and presented it to Terry and McD afterward to get confirmation that everyone was on board...once everyone was in agreement, the deal was finalized...big difference than what the "agenda driven minority" are trying to spin.

You would just expect a little bit more from a guy who people are saying is competing for the #1 overall pick in the draft...judging from this game, he reminds me a lot of EJ... PS. as I typed this I just watched him skip a pass just like EJ...and then just watched him throw an INT just like EJ did to JJ Watt. LOL
