I don't think anyone wants Beane fired at this point. I know I sure as hell don't. Alot of people were just pumped for this QB draft class with the possibility of snagging one of the top 3. It's just a gut check for us now as it appears much dimmer as being a possibility after all the crazy trades and moves to get were we are right now. Maybe they are in love with Rudolph or Jackson over my top 3? I still trust the process.

6 picks in the first three rds is 100% ammo to trade up, not even counting next year. Oh well, what's done is done. It's 100% out of my hands. Just a bit disappointing as I was primed to land one of the top 3 out of the class for the last year now.

Eli, Ben and RIvers coming out are/were equivalent to Rosen, Baker and Darnold. Whatever, It's out of our hands anyways now.

#3 pick trade up was our target and best chance to land a FQB. It's a reality check now more than a meltdown. It's 2004 all over again but this time we had ammo to actually fix what has haunted us in the past and we most likely failed again.

Spot on here with Bowles. At least they will have 2 QB's to bridge with and possible FQB for the future. Bridgewater seems like a waste now. McCown paired with Rosen, Baker or Darnold would have been perfect alone. Either way, they will have this along with Bridgewater. They have exactly what I wanted us to have I not sure how that is a mistake though to this thread?

The draft compensation is Jackson then. The ? is whom is likely to be better Foles or Jackson?

People are missing the fact that the Jets could easily move or swap with the Giants if they openly discuss whom they targeting.

True but they own 3. What if they are fine with 2-3 prospects and now guaranteed to land one. I'm sure Jets fans are happy right now. They have so much cap to address their lost 2nd rd picks.

Because that is step one to solving a major problem that has hurt them as bad as us. They have a contingency plan in place with McCown and Bridge. We have Friggin AJ and maybe a 2nd tier QB of the group in Jackson or Rudolph. Passing on Watson and Mahomes last year was a epic failure if we can't land our #1 prospect this draft.

Would you rather have a few 2nd rd picks or a franchise QB? Why are people saying the Jets gave up to much or traded to soon? They did what they had to do to land one of the top 3.

They were willing to move back and did. If the Bills offered up 12, 22 and our 2nd's it had to be a done deal IMO with the amount of holes the Colts have.

Now we need the Browns to do something the Browns normally do. I'm not sure that happens as their current GM actually seems competent.
