  1. People don't understand playing to Foles strengths and that he is 29 years old which is basically a QB's prime where the timing and speed really are nailed down. Sign me up for Foles paired with Jackson or Rudolph all day. It's amazing how some fans think we are too good for a SB bowl MVP that just went toe to toe with GOAT and came out on top. Amazes me every time I read it honestly.
  2. Foles paired with Jackson would be a great package IMO as well. Same Rosen or Mayfield is my A plan with McCown as bridge for 1 year. Foles paired with Jackson or Rudolph is my B plan. Not that it matters though lol, but would be ideal for me.
  3. If we are trading up high for Rosen or Mayfield I would personally much rather bring in McCown to help groom our shiny new toy. Can prob sign him on a 7-10mill contract max and I feel he would be a great mentor with his 15 years experience around the league. IDK, I still want a competitive team next year and think we still can be with him. Let him take a pounding for a year while the rookie tries to learn the timing and speed of the NFL. We don't want to break the new guy.
  4. Don't you want Moore than this?
  5. You got me, I honestly have nothing to say to this.
  6. Maybe on the Colts front that could happen. Reich is a smart dude and knows his team has way to many holes to fill right now. The smart move for them would be to trade back IMO. Giants are in the same boat if truly commited to Eli for the next 2-3 years. FA and draft day cannot get here soon enough. This is the weirdest offseason PRE-FA I have ever seen.
  7. So they should have pissed away 6mill in cap and said screw the 1st pick in the 3rd? This is what a FO does to become a winner in the future.
  8. Whatever Beane and McD decide I think I'll be OK with for the most part as I now trust the process after todays move. These guys are serious about getting a a QB to get us to the next level. Foles still has about 8 years in his tank and I'm cool with that as well but would like to see a Rudolph, Jackson or White to develop behind him. The NFL is about to open up a ton in the next 2-3 years as the following will most likely be gone - Brady, Ben, Eli, Rivers and Brees I want us to be 100% ready to go and make some serious noise.
  9. With a long day gap to let 31 teams mouth water....
  10. Honestly, my mind is spinning with options. I still would love to trade up and take Rosen or Mayfield. I'd also be happy with a Foles and Jackson pair as well. Great problems to have IMO right now and fun to chat about.
  11. Barkley is not sliding to 4th pick. This TT deal helps a ton now as the only reason I seen the Giants or Colts staying at 2 and 3 was for a shot at Barkley. One, if not both teams trade out. Giants could possibly stay for QB but I doubt it. Browns will take him 1st overall now and most likely Allen at number 4.
  12. Honestly, this would crush me....
  13. I have a feeling Browns fans are actually pissed off and worried they will not draft a QB now.... I would be.
  14. Disagree, We just got a top 3rd for Tyrod friggin Taylor. LMFAO to the bank....
  15. It was prob both. top pick in the 3rd is no joke. 10 mill in cap can sign a really, really nice player. The plan was always to get a QB. I'm so glad we did not throw away 6mill in cap space as well.
  16. They will prob send a 2nd and this 3rd for him. I'd be content as hell with Foles paired with Rudolph or Jackson
  17. Watch him become a 50 catch receiver now.
  18. Best thing about that pick is it is the 1st one of day 2. Teams will be calling to trade for it as their guy might have slipped.
  19. I figured a 4th max honestly. Love the 10mill in cap space too. Watch we sign Cousins or Foles now and revamp our O and D line in the draft.
  20. Got the text in the Supermarket and yelled YEAH!!!! so loud. People look at me like I was Nutz.....
  21. This is exactly were I'm at as well.
  22. If he was black you would be called a racist.
  23. Ouch, I knew it was bad but never this bad. I guess it makes sense why I have been a broken record since about 2006 on saying the Bills need a real QB when talking with friends, co-workers and family.
