  1. Dawkins is. Shakir isn't. Hate not having Shakir (probably) this week.
  2. Agreed and it's a money thing. A network that treats both sides evenly doesn't get the ratings losing money. Inaccurate reporting is therefore incentivized. Biden's whole "reason for running for president" was based off a lie and like most politicians that make their way to the top he's a despicable human being.
  3. I too was sick about worrying how Diggs felt at any given moment going back to the end of the Bengals playoff game. I'm sure it wore on the people inside the building even more.
  4. Why do I have to close my eyes? The media would make a big deal out of it and 90% of people would roll their eyes knowing that he misspoke. The "good people on both sides" comments was a little more complex which is why the left is able to pathetically push the lie even though they know it's bullcrap. Watching it live and the way Trump jumps from subject to subject quickly (sometimes mid sentence) I wasn't sure if he was talking about the Neo-nazis or the peaceful protesters who didn't want the Confederate statue taken down.
  5. Sir, this is an Arby's.
  6. They want to drive the price up for Rodgers to acquire him.
  7. When the Titans lost him halfway through the season their running game didn't miss a beat a couple of years ago. It's still mostly the o-line that makes the running back and that's why the position has become so devalued. Gabe Davis is making more than Saquon Barkley right now for instance.
  8. What's he supposed to say? Biden won and Trump's ego and brand makes it impossible for him to admit defeat? It's an impossible question to answer if you agree to be his running mate.
  9. True but she wasn't president.
  10. She isn't president.
  11. Seems to be the general consensus. I thought Harris won against Trump pretty convincingly while Vance was a little better than Walz in this one. I'm not sure if either move the needle at all though.
  12. His base salary is 1.5 million. 4/17ths of that is about 333k. He's forfeiting around 83k per game.
  13. "Von Miller will forfeit $333,333 of his $1.5M salary per his 4-game suspension for violating the league's personal conduct rule." What's unclear?
  14. No. It's 333k total.
  15. Read it again.
  16. I wonder if Rodgers will be able to make it work with the salary cap.
  17. Give me a WR who can threaten playing on the perimeter. Baltimore provided a blueprint on how to expose that weakness on our offense.
  18. With our safeties we can't take anyone for granted.
  19. I would hope so. It's not that Tua is elite. It's just that the complete lack of a backup plan for someone with similar strengths tailored to their offense is mind boggling for an injury prone QB.
  20. The defense never would've expected it.
  21. Just another JAG. I hate wasting practice squad spots on kickers but Bass's inconsistencies should force their hand.
  22. Yeah. He looked like a zombie out there.
  23. Geez. I put 75% of that on Brady, 15% on Dawkins, and 10% on Allen. The first two are obvious but Allen needs to throw that ball away once he saw nobody was open.
  24. I'd be more concerned if we only squeaked by the Fins and Jags. The optimist in me tells me this game was the perfect storm of desperation by the Ravens, a poorly prepared Bills team feeling themselves playing at half speed on a short week, a defense exploited in the middle that desperately needs T. Johnson and Bernard back, and Josh Allen still developing chemistry with his new WR's (I hate we didn't do more to address the position this off-season). We'll see what this team is made of the next two weeks.
  25. I think he wanted it to work because they're pry practiced it repeatedly since training camp. I've got to see the All 22 but I don't think he saw Van Noy. If he throws a TD to Coleman there then Brady's a genius. Having said that, it was just the wrong time to run the play against the wrong team. I've seen this defense get gashed early many times over the years and then McD quickly adapting shutting the opponent down for most of the rest of the game. The Cardinals game comes to mind. I don't think it was scheme as much tonight as it was personnel with them attacking what should be backups in Spector, Williams, and Lewis.
