  1. As many have said, picking up Gescki would be huge. But it would require him to take a little less than 10-12M which he's projected. He would also be making more than Knox which might not go over well. Max Williams would be a more affordable TE2 and great blocker. I think either Scherff or Chandler Jones will be the big FA haul costing approx. 16M/yr. Our future CB2 will come in the 1st round.
  2. Frazier will fail no matter where he goes. He was awful as a HC in Minnesota and it seems his current personality is that of Rob Ott. He looks like a standing coma.
  3. Jesus dude. Neither guy is Ray Lewis but anyone who has eye balls can see Milano is a better all around linebacker than Tremaine. And when the team eventually trades TE or let's him walk your deepest fears will be realized. And using the Kelce td as part of your argument is so adorable. The only person who can guard the greatest TE of all time is Kelce himself.
  4. Start calling heads. I think we lost like 4 straight coin tosses dating back to the Jest game?
  5. Their WR1, TE1, RB1 and HC1 are better, faster, stronger, smarter. I would put Josh slightly ahead of Mahomes based on his better scrambling ability. Both defenses are good (not great) but KC has superior pass rushers. When Kelcie (33 this fall) retires, the advantage will shift.
  6. If anyone offered a 2nd round pick for him I would do it in a heartbeat. The only other option in my eyes is pay him 9M and tell him he's moving to the outside. I'm so tired of safe bend don't break defenses. We've witnessed them throughout Bills history. Let Frazier walk and sign Fangio. Stick Tremaine outside where he's belonged since day 1 and let your defense be more aggressive.
  7. Gabe is a beast. Should never have been minimized mid season. He's WR2 from here on out. Period
  8. Ditto Is the Bills offensive playbook proprietary to the organization or could Dabol just take it? Somebody better fired-up the copy machine. I would be shocked if Dorsey doesn't want to stay as OC with Josh. He'll be out of work trying to develop Jones.
  9. McD is too stubborn to ever move him outside. I personally think he would thrive there. McD is going to die on that hill trying to turn Tremaine into Keuchly.
  10. If you're waiting for him to think (instincts) then you'll be waiting for a very long time. Is it so much to ask for a MLB to have some run support skills.
  11. You're right and if we had not failed the pop up kickoff, they would've only had time for 1 hail mary in fg range.
  12. I have an idea. Pay him $400k for every TFL he gets. That will save some money. My bad, I forgot he's a glorified CB. Trade him and get as much picks as you can.
  13. Yea, so what. These circumstances were worlds different than what Bruce DeHaven failed to do. And Tennessee had to have a td on that kickoff. Andy had 3 timeouts and 13 seconds. We played right into his hands. And hopefully this thread continues if for no other reason than annoy you.
  14. Bass, Farwell and Clappy need to tell the truth and stop sweeping this under the rug. If I'm a journalist I never stop asking.
  15. Holding or doubling the wrs is irrelevant if the kick was performed properly. The would've had less than 8-9 seconds to go 50 yards. Did you not read the OP. There have been 0 tds returned out of 1200 when the ball is popped up. Yea the defense was embarrassing but it should never have come down to 2 plays. Maybe 1 long hail mary to get into fg range. Hill wasn't even back there on the return.
  16. You mean the same Sean McDermott who has never admitted he's done anything wrong? That guy? Last year we're all screaming during the afccg, for the love of god jam this mother f er at the line. And we didn't. This year does Sean learn from his mistakes, NO. I'm telling you it will never be Sean's character, culture or process that loses you a game. It will be his ineptitude in close game management situations. We saw it in Houston. We saw it last year and it reared it's ugly head last Sunday. Do you see a playoff pattern here?
  17. For every mistake Sean learns from, he makes 2 more. At this rate he'll be as good as Andy in 2038.
  18. If we play in Buffalo (thx Jags) and Tre is playing we win comfortably. I think Levi will test FA. Dane is nice depth like Taron but I'm almost 100% sure we pick CB2 in round 1. Tre probably won't be back until November.
  19. If Mahomes fails again to win a SB and Josh has a MVP season next year (which I know he will), then the narrative will quickly flip over to JA17. What he did last Sunday and the week before against Hoody is already legendary.
  20. Exactly. Kelce you could argue is the greatest TE of all time. Hill is the fastest WR in the league and impossible to cover. Their RB's and DL are better than ours. And Mahomes like Allen is a witch. And their HOF HC is better than ours. Now when 87 and 10 come off the roster, things will change rapidly for Patrick.
  21. I didn't find or read one wrong statement by Sullivan. Not a fan of his snarky personality but he is 100% right in this article.
  22. Where was the culture on that kickoff? Where was the process on those 2 defensive plays. The only true enemy of this team is Sean's brain farts. He knows how to learn from his mistakes, yet continues to make new ones.
  23. We need better pass rushers. We need to apply a more aggressive style of defense then Frazier likes. If Leslie leaves, which I hope he does, sign Fangio immediately. We should've not only jamed both Kelce & Hill on those 2 plays but we should have doubled them both. Force Pringle or Hardman to beat you. Rush 3, drop 8 dbs. And stop trying to seal the sidelines when you know they have 3 timeouts.
  24. Why is everyone obsessed with the squib. That's not the type of kick you use. You kick the high pop up inside the 10 forcing Hardman to at least run it out as far as he can burning 4-5 seconds at the very least. If he Immediately fair catches it on the 10, KC now burns 1-2 seconds and they're pinned way back. No way I risk a squib.
  25. His brain didn't execute in those 13 seconds. No one on the planet can question his character and love for this team. Clearly his early process/culture goal has been accomplished. He now only has to find a way to stop being so damn stupid in game management decisions. He's got literally one of the greatest qbs in NFL history. Stop making dumb mistakes. Pride yourself on not being dumb. Or else the mafia will have to go all Nancy Kerrigan on Patrick's knee.
