    Someday Sean will win the Marty Schottenheimer memorial award for having the highest winning percentage in the regular season. He'll just never sniff a SB. Let alone win one.

    Frazier will be fired and McD will just hire another guy to run his worthless Tampa 2 zone. So yes this is a total cop out but unfortunately Leslie's time with this team should've ended long ago. Is this true?

    We have to protect him at all costs. He's literally 85% of our offense. Draft OL until it hurts. Find a WR2 to eventually replace Davis. And for the love of God stop drafting failed defensive players or mediocre RB's.

    If I'm Terry Pegula and seen how we've exited the playoffs 4 out of the last 5 years, I'd insist on McD firing both Frazier and Dorsey. Brandon and Sean should also be on thin ice. Draft multiple players on offense and scrup that ridiculous zone defense.

    This ridiculous Tampa 2 zone crap has been worthless since day 1. It doesn't work without an elite pass rush. Let's have 7 players backpedal into open space and hopefully someone accidentally runs right in front of them.

    This will boil down to 2 things. 1. We're content with winning enough regular season games to make the playoffs. Then watch McShottenheimer's defense flame out. Or 2. Find a dynamic offensive HC who appreciates the value of surrounding Josh with great offensive talent. We're never sniffing a SB putting a failed defense ahead of giving JA weapons.

    The Von Miller pick was validation that McDermott screwed up on the previous 6 failed DL picks. Whoever is scouting your DL you might want to dismiss.

    Sorry Turk but I disagree too. Josh is 26 and we've already wasted 5 years farting around trying to find him an OL or running game. We dont have the luxury to see if Dorsey improves. Players can learn terminology in an off-season. Go out and hire Frank to run the offense. Frazier has to go too.

    We didn't have an identity. I can remember several times 2 wrs being in the same area.

    Dorsey looked like a deer in the headlights most of this season. I think both he and Frazier are gone.

    Pundits like Cowherd and many others have said it all season. We're too Josh Allen Centric. No OL, No consistent run attack. 1 reliable wr who might be morphing back to a diva? This is ALL on McDermott.

    KC and Cincy are definitely McDermott's kryptonite.

    The snow didn't help. Hines kept slipping. The DL couldn't get any push. This current Bills team just doesn't seem to play as well in typical Buffalo conditions as the 90's team did. It's just not an advantage anymore.

    Rousseau is not elite. He's borderline rotational. AJE and Boogie will not be extended. We have to pray Von stays healthy next season. Our DL is in trouble.

    This is the proper route. I'm convinced McDermott is basically telling Beane who to pick defensively on draft day. Josh is the only path to a SB. Build your damn team around the offense. Hire a offensive HC. We're not winning a SB with McD botching picks or in game decisions.

    Oliver, Rousseau, Epenesa and Basham didn't do squat today against 3 backups. Yes Von seemed to raise their level of play early this year but I saw no heart from them today.

    Whoever scouted Basham and Epenesa should be fired. How many consecutive years are we to tolerate a bottom 10 OL. Our DL & OL have always been the problem.

    You absolutely have to play press man if rushing that many. Tre was 7-8 yards off the wr. Frazier has no clue.

    Milano was the only defensive player that looked like he cared today. Give Milano all of Edmunds money.
