This is very true. I think something like 23% of NFL players are udfa's. If we don't land the wr we're after at 27 or 59, then hopefully we can trade for Dhop and look for udfa value. Ride Gabe for one final year.

They'll be few trade down partners with roughly 15 or so true 1st round talents. Unfortunately players like JSN, Flowers, Addison, Wright, Bijan and Kincaid will all be gone. I agree 27 is a very awkward position for this draft. I could live with Branch, Harrison or M. Smith but still praying for a trade down to 2nd.

All I know is Spencer is awful and will get Josh killed. Maybe Darnell isn't perfect but he seems considerably more polished than anything from Brown and his anvil feet. The OL is far from done and if we start grabbing wrs over olineman we will regret it watching a different Allen finish the season.

This is the guy who could replace Gabe. But we still need a WR2 as I consider Davis a WR3.

These are all valid concerns. I think Dhop is substantially better than Robinson so a 3rd & 5th would be the minimum Arizona would want. And I think the Bills would require the Cardinals to pu at least half his contract.

I voted yes. If we can get 2 solid seasons out of him as a WR2 then it's more than worth it. JSN & Flowers are likely gone and Addison/Johnston have some issues. Not a fan of Hyatt or Downs. Restructure his contract and I'm down.

Yup....Sammy ranks 1 and Dareus 2. Way too much talent from both to flame out like they did. Maybin was a bust right out of the gate.

For 5 years Sean McDermott has been extremely lucky given a full pass as the Teflon man. It will eventually run out. You can only waste so many opportunities with a generational qb. The last 3 years were prime Josh opportunities. Now he admits on camera that it's time to transition into a more pocket guy. I swear if McD doesn't continue to improve the OL & WR room, his "good standing" with Terry will end real quick.

I absolutely love Darnell Wright and want him as our long term RT. But if by some miracle JSN, Flowers or Kincaid are there then I'll pray Beane has his scouts on the right page.

Darnell has to be the pick @ 27. And if we have to move up a couple spots I'd do it. This kid is so much quicker and technically stronger than Spencer it's not funny. He could anchor the right side for 5 years. Some of Josh's biggest hits including the Jets ulner injury happened from the RT. Our OL has sucked for 5 years. Time to do the right thing.
