  1. That's one guy we should never have let get away.
  2. It would be naive on my part to think we have any chance now of a top 10 defense. Now we try to keep our 4 primary pass rushers healthy and hope we can still be a top 15-20 type D. Josh will definitely have to amp things up which was what we were trying to avoid (hero ball). Losing Tre, Matt & Dq is just devastating. At this point let's just make the playoffs and give a big F-U to Goodell.
  3. These incessant injuries just keeps pushing seasons out another year. It's unbearable.
  4. I agree scrubbing the play action yesterday was a disaster. And I disagree that Ford or Settle are "solid interior" players. The key to the remainder of this season will be: 1. Minimize injuries 2. Keep using play action 3. Develop Bernard/ Williams 4. Keep the 4 headed pass rushers healthy (Von, Groot, Floyd & AJE). 5. Trade for Surtain
  5. I agree wholeheartedly. They are sticking it to America fans, players & coaches who absolutely hate this concept. Soccer teams and their stadiums refuse to share their grass fields so American players will get hurt, ruining your product. Ridiculous 6-10 hour time zones will kill visiting teams. Logistically Roger has no idea how easily this will fail. Then he'll lose American viewership & revenue.
  6. Unfortunately Cook pass protects about as well as Brown. No doubt in my mind we draft a RT early next year and a LT the following year. The only way to improve the run game is to embrace Josh behind center all year long. And finally somehow I don't see us getting our money's worth out of Harty. He has made a couple key plays but his volume is terrible.
  7. I believe in our young TE's. We'll need to continue improving an OL that was ignored during Josh's first 4 years. Hopefully Diggs can give us a couple more quality seasons while we look for his and Gabe's replacement. Cook can be dynamic if KD scrubs his ridiculous draw plays. Believe and embrace the play action. Defensively we can't expect Micah, Jordan or Tre to be here next year. Hopefully Matt can recover and give us a couple more seasons. I want 75% of my emphasis to go towards offense.
  8. That game wasn't just poorly officiated but "overly- officiated". There were several plays that could easily have been ignored. The sheer volume of flags made the flow unwatchable. Poyers hit was borderline. A couple holding calls on us was sketchy. Even a couple calls against the Jags could've been ignored. Maybe Goodell wanted the flags to be like yellow cards to appease the crowd?
  9. Of all the trade suggestions, this one makes the most sense. Let Surtain and Dane be your guys until Benford returns. Clearly we saw why Elam's days might be numbered. And with the ACL/Achilles, we have to consider Tre's career with the Bills over?
  10. The Bills brethren in London was inspirational. But personally I hope they never play there again. And yes Roger has some serious explaining to do. Just turn it down in the future. It was clearly a huge disadvantage for the Bills. Forcing America football down the throats of Euro soccer fans is not going to work.
  11. Yup, I'm ready to see what the kids can do. Sink or swim. Hopefully no one else goes down.
  12. With just a few minutes left in the 4th quarter, the score was 11-7. This game felt exactly like the 9-6 game 2 years ago. The only exception was our injury depleted D eventually ran out of gas. After the 1st qtr, Dorsey needed to identify what their D was doing. But he never did that. Deep stuff was there for the taking. Drops & under-throws contributed to our offense struggling. KD just didn't adjust fast enough.
  13. The inconsistencies over the last 2 seasons under KD are indisputable. You immediately identify they're trying to shut down the run & short passing game and react to it. It absolutely shouldn't take 3 1/2 quarters to do this. Stop running failed plays like the ridiculous shotgun draw or throws 3 yards behind the LOS. Get Josh's a ss behind center like you did v Miami.
  14. That was the biggest mistake the Bills organization made in this not flying out Monday. The NFL should have insisted on a grass field or no deal. And no team should have to or be allowed to sit in any country for 2 weeks. Goodell's experiment failed.
  15. The offense has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that Jordan runs now with a piano on his back. And it's so incredibly obvious, even compared to his injury riddled 22 campaign. Micah has slowed some but not to the extent of Poyer. This will 100% be his last season as a Bill. The Offense lost us the game today, but there were several other defensive players I'd praise before 21.
  16. With 7 minutes left in the game our depleted D had only given up 11 pts to Spicoli. Not being able to establish any semblance of a run game destroyed this team. Our remaining defensive players did fine but were simply exhausted. As what happened 2 years ago (9-6), our offense just can't match up with the jagoffs. Scrub the stupid shotgun draw and snap the fricken ball behind center like you did last week. Give Cook a running start Dorsey.
  17. Remember how tentative Tre was last year. It was like he never really returned to his old level of play. I'm not saying this will be Von's fate but fans have to be patient. He will be amped up slowly by McD, as he should.
  18. I'm all for ramping him up slowly and this is the right call by Sean. Especially considering how many Defensive players dropping. Just make the damn playoffs and hopefully a majority of our core is healthy. Losing Tre & Matt is brutal but we must find guys to step up. Or hit on someone b4 trade deadline.
  19. You give Reid or Shanahan our exact offensive players, I guarantee you they'd make this unit more explosive that what Ken dials up. Dorsey's inconsistent games is becoming a real problem.
  20. Agree....Josh wasn't perfect but he played well today. The 2 long under-throws to Diggs were concerning but right now Dorsey and his play calling is the main issue. Since the Jets debacle, JA17 has been solid. Our RB's having 15 yards today was embarrassing.
  21. Don't laugh, probably would have. I swear our conditioning team must be children.
  22. The spread is already +15. It may even go higher. I don't care who quarterbacks, this will be a beat down.
  23. Roger Goodell is a complete a ss hole. He could care less what sacrificial lamb gets sacrificed for his greed experiment. You wouldn't see the Cowboys, Steelers or Niners shipped out to tea town to get screwed out of a true home game. The outcome of today's game was decided in May. And Terry is just as culpable.
  24. Andy exentuates Mahomes ten fold. Dorsey is still a semi rookie OC trying to find his way with JA and this offense. McD is no Reid but his taking over this D has made for an improved unit. I just don't know how many more defensive injuries he can absorb?
  25. If we're 6-2 on the 26th then yes we absolutely have to make a dynamic "all-in" move going into the Cincy revenge game. Either a CB or LB. Take your pick, and depending on DQJ it might involve a DT?
