  1. This Jags mess was predominantly on the coaches. First for being stupid not to fly out Monday. Then for Dorsey to not realize early in the game that the Jags were willing to give up deep shots with 8-9 in the box. Everything after that with concrete turf, injuries & penalties just put salt on the wound. This game was a lost cause when the schedule broke. Hopefully McD/Terry never agree again during the Allen era. I am encouraged that Josh has realized the value of taking what they give you since the Jets game. Unfortunately KD didn't identify the defense quickly enough. JA still had a very good day. Drops & playcalling failed him. They'll be a time for selective hero ball but choose your spots wisely.
  2. If Jones can help in the playoffs I'll take it. I don't have alot of faith in Ford or Settle. Losing 58 is f ing brutal.
  3. We held them to 11 points with 7 minutes left. Under-staffed and injury riddled. They had to eventually tire considering how worthless our offense was. Considering the circumstances I was happy with the D.
  4. 1. The team didn't stand a chance once the schedule came out. Goodell and his greed made sure of that. 2. Dorsey did a crappy job adjusting to early heavy boxes. And for some stupid reason he abandoned the behind center play action. 3. Multiple dropped passes that killed drives. 4. Deciding to leave Thursday instead of Monday.
  5. F Roger Goodell....this pos would never dream of sending overseas one of the elite nfl darlings. He might as well tag us with an L as soon as the schedule came out.
  6. ....please don't say London...too soon
  7. We might as well have signed Greg Norman....good Lord?
  8. If you had asked me a year ago, I'd say yes. But AJE has risen as a viable disruptor. And considering all the players going down, there's no way I trade AJ. Keeping him over Boogie was the right move.
  9. That's one guy we should never have let get away.
  10. It would be naive on my part to think we have any chance now of a top 10 defense. Now we try to keep our 4 primary pass rushers healthy and hope we can still be a top 15-20 type D. Josh will definitely have to amp things up which was what we were trying to avoid (hero ball). Losing Tre, Matt & Dq is just devastating. At this point let's just make the playoffs and give a big F-U to Goodell.
  11. These incessant injuries just keeps pushing seasons out another year. It's unbearable.
  12. I agree scrubbing the play action yesterday was a disaster. And I disagree that Ford or Settle are "solid interior" players. The key to the remainder of this season will be: 1. Minimize injuries 2. Keep using play action 3. Develop Bernard/ Williams 4. Keep the 4 headed pass rushers healthy (Von, Groot, Floyd & AJE). 5. Trade for Surtain
  13. I agree wholeheartedly. They are sticking it to America fans, players & coaches who absolutely hate this concept. Soccer teams and their stadiums refuse to share their grass fields so American players will get hurt, ruining your product. Ridiculous 6-10 hour time zones will kill visiting teams. Logistically Roger has no idea how easily this will fail. Then he'll lose American viewership & revenue.
  14. Unfortunately Cook pass protects about as well as Brown. No doubt in my mind we draft a RT early next year and a LT the following year. The only way to improve the run game is to embrace Josh behind center all year long. And finally somehow I don't see us getting our money's worth out of Harty. He has made a couple key plays but his volume is terrible.
  15. I believe in our young TE's. We'll need to continue improving an OL that was ignored during Josh's first 4 years. Hopefully Diggs can give us a couple more quality seasons while we look for his and Gabe's replacement. Cook can be dynamic if KD scrubs his ridiculous draw plays. Believe and embrace the play action. Defensively we can't expect Micah, Jordan or Tre to be here next year. Hopefully Matt can recover and give us a couple more seasons. I want 75% of my emphasis to go towards offense.
  16. That game wasn't just poorly officiated but "overly- officiated". There were several plays that could easily have been ignored. The sheer volume of flags made the flow unwatchable. Poyers hit was borderline. A couple holding calls on us was sketchy. Even a couple calls against the Jags could've been ignored. Maybe Goodell wanted the flags to be like yellow cards to appease the crowd?
  17. Of all the trade suggestions, this one makes the most sense. Let Surtain and Dane be your guys until Benford returns. Clearly we saw why Elam's days might be numbered. And with the ACL/Achilles, we have to consider Tre's career with the Bills over?
  18. The Bills brethren in London was inspirational. But personally I hope they never play there again. And yes Roger has some serious explaining to do. Just turn it down in the future. It was clearly a huge disadvantage for the Bills. Forcing America football down the throats of Euro soccer fans is not going to work.
  19. Yup, I'm ready to see what the kids can do. Sink or swim. Hopefully no one else goes down.
  20. With just a few minutes left in the 4th quarter, the score was 11-7. This game felt exactly like the 9-6 game 2 years ago. The only exception was our injury depleted D eventually ran out of gas. After the 1st qtr, Dorsey needed to identify what their D was doing. But he never did that. Deep stuff was there for the taking. Drops & under-throws contributed to our offense struggling. KD just didn't adjust fast enough.
  21. The inconsistencies over the last 2 seasons under KD are indisputable. You immediately identify they're trying to shut down the run & short passing game and react to it. It absolutely shouldn't take 3 1/2 quarters to do this. Stop running failed plays like the ridiculous shotgun draw or throws 3 yards behind the LOS. Get Josh's a ss behind center like you did v Miami.
  22. That was the biggest mistake the Bills organization made in this not flying out Monday. The NFL should have insisted on a grass field or no deal. And no team should have to or be allowed to sit in any country for 2 weeks. Goodell's experiment failed.
  23. The offense has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that Jordan runs now with a piano on his back. And it's so incredibly obvious, even compared to his injury riddled 22 campaign. Micah has slowed some but not to the extent of Poyer. This will 100% be his last season as a Bill. The Offense lost us the game today, but there were several other defensive players I'd praise before 21.
  24. With 7 minutes left in the game our depleted D had only given up 11 pts to Spicoli. Not being able to establish any semblance of a run game destroyed this team. Our remaining defensive players did fine but were simply exhausted. As what happened 2 years ago (9-6), our offense just can't match up with the jagoffs. Scrub the stupid shotgun draw and snap the fricken ball behind center like you did last week. Give Cook a running start Dorsey.
