This guy has no clue what to do with Josh. And hiring a 7th round scrub qb OC is starting to turn this season into a real mess. Deep down I think Diggs blew up last year because he's sick & tired of these coaches too.

It is and always has been the coaching that has completely limited the talent on this roster to go beyond beating bad teams in the regular season. Now we struggle against Skylar Thompson, Zach Wilson, Tyrod Taylor, Mac n Cheese. It's both comical and embarrassing. There is no sport on the planet where good coaching is more important than the NFL. I've been a huge critic of McScapegoat since :13. This year's Dolphins win got me starting to change my opinion. Not anymore....Farwell, Frazier and soon Dorsey will land on the sword to save clappy the clown. He couldn't outscheme a team anymore than Marv could. Give Josh to Andy or Shanahan and he would've already won 2 SB's. It will be up to Terry to see the obvious.

Diggs still needs to be the #1 target but basically all of Davis's targets need to be spread out to everyone else. I'd even make Gabe a healthy scratch if we can't trade him. Spread Gabe's touches (drops) to Cook, Kincaid and Shakir.

Go back to 11 personnel. Dawson was basically a glorified RT anyway. Get more targets to Kincaid, Shakir and anyway not name Davis.

Well done ADawg....100% agree with all 8 points. Josh has been physically and emotionally castrated. I don't see Dorsey long for this team but Josh has to take back control / leadership of this team despite Dorsey's struggles. Our D is decimated so we gotta out score teams from here on out.

I agree, win or lose I'd prefer the old Josh running around making plays. Yes they'll be mistakes but this castrated version of Josh is painful to watch. It's not like McD is ever going to take the OL seriously. Dorsey needs to be fired after this season so Sean can use up his very last "scapegoat coupon".

Toward the end of 2021, Josh was firing on all cylinders. Daboll let his athleticism loose. Then something was lost when Dorsey took over. Josh was top 3 in MVP voting for 3 straight years. To some degree because of the Jets debacle, he's been neutered or tamed if you will. His edge just isn't there anymore and it's reflected in his behavior on the bench. He's not animated, he's not firing up his players. A scrub 7th round qb pretending to be an NFL OC isn't helping. McD has no clue about offensive structure. We should've lost to NYG, and yesterday was just as embarrassing.

This is most definitely an "all of the above" answer. I'd lean 5+ years of no OL or WR2. That's egregious. 13 seconds just validates his stupidity.

The glaring problem is we have stupid coaches on both sides of the ball. And as long as that exists, Josh's talents will be wasted. Kinda like Mike Trout.

At this point I'm moving on from Davis. Not just from a contract basis but targets too. We can no longer waste going his way. It's not like he's getting retained. Give Shakir & Kincaid all Gabe's targets. Time for Josh to start developing a better throwing relationship with these 2. Besides I still think they go after Adams.

Dorsey is worse than Hacket if that's even possible. After Diggs, our wrs suck and can't get separation. Josh is being told to go 2 opposite directions at the same time. McD is a joke and allowed this OL to suck for 5+ years so he could load up his defensive toys. Half of which got injured. There will be a reckoning after this season.

McD hired Farwell then redeemed his scapegoat coupon. He hired Frazier and redeemed that coupon. After this season the Teflon man will redeem his Dorsey coupon. McD is an idiot who should've been fired at :13.

Their coaching starting with Reid is on a completely different tier than us. If fact there are several teams with better coaching.

No argument from me. Been saying it for years. Fans really choose to ignore the flaws of McD because of the good will (drought end) he brought to the community. The stupidity of these guys is mind numbing. I think McDermott would still make a very good DC but there's no salvaging Dorsey.

Josh is a HOF caliber qb who's athletically better than Kelly. He's is hardly w/o blame but for the most part he's carried this team for 5 1/2 years. The Bills organization has failed JA the most by not emphasizing the OL. What the Bills did this offseason to slightly upgrade the OL was not nearly enough. Our run game is still inconsistent and additional blockers are needed to babysit Spencer. Josh's shoulder injury was because Dion got beat. If this organization ever wants to get serious about winning a Lombardi, it's starts on the OL.
