With this schedule, those kinds of wins may be sustainable. This team isn’t good enough to win the kind kind of game you describe as we saw today. Still several players away from that, so brace yourself. You’re going to see more of what you’ve seen this year to date because that will beat the many poor teams on the schedule.
It’s hard to have an identity when they do so few things well. I don’t care about identity as much as scoring points, which means catching passes, blocking to set up screens , not false starting etc etc
I don’t blame him for calling screens or misdirection stuff. I just don’t want my QB running with the ball deep in my own territory on 3rd and short. Weather today meant points were going to be like rubies and he gave them a cheap 6. I just trust my RB more in that area. That play wasn’t just about execution, but risk.
Not true if you were paying attention. All offseason the prevailing thought was this year’s schedule is pretty easy. Bills often have one of the toughest by opponents winning pctg and this one was not.
So the Bills are only as good as their worst game ? The Eagles didn’t look that way. The Bills can make the playoffs this year with the schedule they have. A trade could help now and for the further. Next year’s schedule looks very tough and I’d be surprised if they could make the playoffs in 2020. I’m guessing the FO and coaching staff will try to make the p,ayoffs this year and give themselves a little breathing room to keep their jobs. No playoffs 3 years in a row would probably mean big changes coming.
