  1. It would be nice. He hasn’t been making game changing plays, and it’s halfway through year two. He’s young, but has been a disappointment relative to his draft position imo.
  2. Iirc, Ralph Wilson was adamantly opposed to MIA being moved out of the AFCE.
  3. Agreed. Better coaching too, which has a lot to do with how well Jackson is doing. It’s questionable if he’d be very successful in a more traditional offense/ style of QBing.
  4. Yeah, ‘93 was not a great year for the no huddle iirc. It was being figured out by DCs, and the Bills OL had started to decline. I think Reed was out for awhile too, leaving Brooks to pick up the slack. It was the beginning of the end, really. Seems like so long ago, and it’s incredible that the Bills really haven’t had a good QB in 22 years since JK retired. Brady’s been starting for the better part of 19 seasons. Ugh!
  5. The key being you’re not a GM...... Or maybe you are, idk.
  6. The LB probably wasn’t the only problem, but it led to others like the S being at a poor angle to make a tackle. There’s a reason for the defensive mantra’s preached by coaches all the time ...” do your job”, “ do your 1 11/th “ etc. Things break down when one thing isn’t done properly.
  7. Should be a decent contingent, with a short distance to drive and not terrible weather. Plenty of tix on secondary market. Not TEN type numbers, but solid. Browns fans have to be losing interest.
  8. Nope, just football fundamentals. You don’t need Keuchly and Davis for it to work; you do need guys to execute their 1/11th.
  9. WE DON’T NEED NEW PATS* THREADS ON A BILLS BOARD
  10. Not surprising and it’s the right call. If Minshew was on a 5 game winning streak maybe you think about going with the hot hand.
  11. He hasn’t thrown many INT s in recent weeks, so I’d say probably not. At least one of those INTs was an underthrown deep shot. The INT vs TEN over the middle wasn’t under pressure but who knows what their criteria is for “ under pressure “ and not under pressure. Anyway, the INTs were discussed at length. Most were considered to be bad hero ball throws instead of throwaways.
  12. Easier to do when you have a beast like Bosa. Bills D is lacking in pass rushers. I can see Frazier mostly playing coverages, as that’s more in his wheelhouse anyway. Well worn territory from his “ hero ball” episodes earlier in the season.
  13. Might be better not to pressure him, from the looks of it.
  14. The NFL would like a team in London. That gives it a decent shot at becoming reality.
  15. No doubt , though the question was specifically about the Cowboys. Of course, there are others that fit the profile to varying degrees.
  16. No it’s not. Their goal is to get even money on both sides, not to give their thoughts on the game.
  17. Vegas believes the public thinks Bills are about as good as the Browns.
  18. America’s team, huge market fans all over the country. They always get PT games, even when they’re coming off losing records. Been that way for years.
  19. There’s nothing wrong with waiting to see what plays out, without making declarations ahead of time. Especially when that’s precisely what the Bills , McD , Beane and ultimately the Pegulas are going to do. If they decide Allen hasn’t met expectations and likely won’t , they will move on. It doesn’t matter one bit what a bunch of fans think.
  20. Nah, he’s better than Tyrod by miles. It’s really not close; Jackson is an otherworldly athlete. That part of his game may not last as long as his arm, but while he’s the best athlete on the field it will. There’s no figuring that out, he just makes really good athletes look silly out there. Outside the box thinking by the Ravens FO and coaches, and kudos to them. That kind of offense isn’t supposed to work in the NFL, yet here they are fresh off a whipping of the Pats.
  21. Yep. They also had the option of Wilson on a bootleg to the corner. Anyway, the ball should have stayed on the ground from there. I don’t think there would have been a huge outcry if by chance the Pats stopped them on four tries ( unlikely). Collinsworth said it best after the game , dumbfounded at what just happened “ I’m running it there and if they stop you four times from the one then god bless ‘em”. Dumbest playcall in SB history, and it’s not close. Yes, it really is that simple.
  22. They really need offense. The defense isn’t elite, but it’s pretty good. Offensively the team is bottom third of the NFL.
  23. Buffalo’s weather issues and Jacksonville’s problems are completely different things.
  24. Nothing JV about the Steelers team the Bills will be facing in DEC. Backup QB in due to injury, that’s about it. They’ll probably be fighting for their playoff lives to boot. That ‘04 game was full of backups all over the place , and Cowher did everything he could short of forfeit to hand his buddy Mularkey a playoff berth.
