  1. “ Generational talent “
  2. The USA is just a tad different from Italy. People here should be cautious, but not panicked.
  3. You know, the ones that promote loony left wing agendas on demand ( ie most of them). CNN, MSNBC, et al. The ones that believe the USA and it’s very existence is racist ( New York Times) They just can’t stand that Trump is President, are devastated that there won’t be a gay candidate and now have to backtrack and support an old white guy. They pretty much hate this country.
  4. Reporting it would be one thing ( is it a pandemic yet ? ) , stoking outright panic so that “ blame” can be laid at the feet of the Trump administration is another. The media obviously wants a distraction from just how awful a candidate Biden is. He’s sure to be skewered by Trump and his own gaffes in the coming months. Pop quiz, how many deaths occurred from H1n1 before Obama and friends took drastic action ?
  5. Perhaps he’s had a makeout session or two with Cuomo recently.
  6. Interesting. I would have guessed Paul McCartney had a slight edge in lead vocals. Still haven’t managed to catch McCartney live and hope I can before he stops doing concerts.
  7. Yep. We were already in recession, and there was a Dem in the White House. So to the media, everything was being handled perfectly and no need to panic.
  8. He was impressive enough to whoever was doing the hiring. We have no idea what the criteria were. Anecdotal evidence would suggest Booger isn’t very popular with viewers. Their interest in Manning , who scores very highly in that category, would align with this. Regardless of one’s personal opinion of Manning, a high number of viewers find him likeable. I agree. While Miller’s humor was beyond the scope of some fans, he had some hilarious stuff. Al Michaels seemed fond of it and also displayed some quick wit of his own in his exchanges with Miller.
  9. Lol USA Today..... that rag and most other lib print media ( NYT, WaPo et al) are actually insulting to read. It’s editorial copy for lemmings.
  10. It’s about time. The other major sports leagues don’t test for it; crazy that it took this long.
  11. I’m guessing so players remember when it is.
  12. He’d be commenting on a football game, not running for President. Did Madden have great dialect ? Regardless of one’s personal take on Madden, he was very popular. Manning gets a very high “ Q score” or whatever , so he has the broad appeal that networks covet. It doesn’t matter if he’s as analytical as Romo, it’s simply that people like him. That’s gold for TV.
  13. Enforcing immigration law isn’t demonizing anyone.
  14. It’s fine though. Bernie fans aren’t going to vote for sleepy Joe. He’s an old, un-woke white guy. He’s not promising free stuff.
  15. Biden can’t insult anyone because he doesn’t remember who he was talking about. The man has dementia and there’s almost no chance he defeats Trump in November. Thank goodness for that.
  16. All good here. Not sure who you are referring to , but I’ve not seen anything yet that makes me think Trump won’t be re-elected. The Dems are a fractured / splintered party with divergent factions. Tonight made that abundantly clear.
  17. That sums it up. The Sanders backlash is plain to see. Heck, even in the Communist Republic of California Biden and Bloomberg combined for more votes than ol’ Bern. When the basis of your message is Anti American and centered around “ free stuff”, you will attract the very young and the very dumb. In the end, though the Sanders crowd will not vote for a Joe Biden. The Biden backers would probably not vote for Sanders. The reality is that Bernie should be running on a Socialist ticket, and not trying to take over a Democratic Party that has no real message, but is not nearly as liberal as its radical Bernie faction. A pickle indeed. Trump’s re-election is almost a certainty now with the splintered dynamic of the Dems.
  18. They “ poll” everything and end up with the results they want. The Dems predicted Pete B would struggle with the black vote largely due to his being openly gay. Then they “ poll” and find out it was really “ something else”. Classic manipulation of public perception by these people.
  19. Only if you weren’t paying attention during 8 years of Obama. It was a natural and predictable correction if you don’t subscribe to the liberal media’s drivel. And of course , the big one that they won’t talk about on CNN ; be a lot less gay in public. It’s the real reason why he does so poorly with the black vote.
  20. It’s Chicago. He probably figured someone would get shot. It’s what they do there.
  21. What a wimp and a loser. I would never vote for any of these Dem chumps anyway ( I’ll take Trump, thank you) , but I would have had at least some respect for Klobuchar if she would have stood up to these racist BLM dill holes.
  22. Wonder how many of these Twitter “ backlashers” were OK with Dems calling federal immigration detention centers “ concentration camps” ? Such a bunch of hypocrites.
  23. Nope. Some things need to be done to stop the economy from going out of whack. Food prices would explode without farm subsidies, and what you cited is just another form of maintaining the good economy that we enjoy. One can point to all sorts of things being “ socialist “ such as my taxes paying for me neighbors kids to go to school. If everything were pay as you go, I’m guessing a lot of folks wouldn’t like it. Anyway, the Dems are talking about a huge move toward pure Socialism , which is definitely not a good thing.
