Starting December neck and neck with NE

What teams do you fear playing in the PLAYOFFS the most?
Boatdrinks replied to Estro's topic in The Stadium Wall
I view it differently. Extra rest probably the most important but this year the #1 seed appears less important to me. Each team in the AFC mix has shown themselves quite capable of losing their first playoff game and losing to just about any team. No one has established themselves as dominant and almost a sure thing if they get the 1. Any division winner will have a great chance at the title game. -
Domestic terrorist attack in Waukesha
Boatdrinks replied to JaCrispy's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Yep CNN and others continue to report that the murderer/ terrorist was a SUV or car. Reading this you’d think the vehicle drove itself or just an unfortunate accident. -
Imagine that! I thought Covid cases/ deaths were assigned to governors? Apparently that only applies to Fepublicans. If the governor is a liberal, then it’s the constituents and their bad behavior that is at fault.

SNF: Cleveland Browns at Baltimore Ravens
Boatdrinks replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think they were and I agree That’s was a ridiculous rush by Garrett. But It was the Browns D that seemed disinterested to me, with defenders making half hearted arm tackles or just watching patriots run by altogether . -

Browns looked so disinterested vs NE I have a hard time picking them. Something wrong with that team so Ravens by 14 -

Strange for sure, but they don’t award the playoff seeds in November. Just media chatter like saying “ if the playoffs started today..” . But they don’t! -
It’s a key game for positioning in the division race but that’s about it. The Pats have lost at home several times already this season, so trading home losses wouldn’t actually be that crazy. Not predicting is but it’s not st all unlikely. This kind of thing happens often between division rivals. One meeting wouldn’t have an impact on the next. Playoffs are often about peaking at the right time and overall team health.

New Orleans is a great city to go see a road Bills game and party. That’s what it’s about. Now Jacksonville , that place was a dump, the stadium is awful and the fans were generally vile lowlifes.

Does CB Now Become a Necessity Early in 2022 Draft
Boatdrinks replied to thronethinker's topic in The Stadium Wall
Exactly ! We’re in the midst of a tightly contested AFC race and a surprisingly close division battle. Subjects such as the draft by Thanksgiving were the norm on this board for way too long! So much BBFS creep on here lately. We have a very good team now and these are exciting times to be a fan. Fans expect futility or a cakewalk, but tough close contests are really what’s most common in the NFL. Some fans are ready to pack it in at the first sign of adversity. That’s not what a long football season is about. -
It’s always a teams weaknesses that get them beat in the playoffs. The Bills Oline is hobbled right now , but they will be getting key players back there plus Star on the DL. Only one of those games you mentioned wasn’t close and one was a single play away from a likely win. There are no perfect teams in the NFL and any team can lose their first playoff game. This season is a great example of that. The Bills will go as far as Josh Allen can rage them. He obviously doesn’t need perfect Oline play to put up points. Colts are probably the worst matchup for the Bills but they may not play again this season .

Did they look great against that putrid Falcons team? I didn’t think so at all. Eyes of the beholder I guess. Or until they’re not. I’ll agree this one is a must win because of division implication and it’s the next game. Still don’t know what will happen over the next 6 weeks so we can’t really say they are ALL must win.
