11/21 Colts at Bills, Postgame Postmortem Thread

Was also reminiscent of McDs wimpy FG try in the AFCCG last January. He’s conservative even when the situation calls for some risk. -
Week 12: Bills at Saints on Thanksgiving

Might be okay for Star as he’s missed 2 games. I’d venture that Brown is out again. -

Yep, probably a “ protest” by a triggered lefty upset at the verdict. -

Maybe, but this isn’t uncommon from head coaches. Look at Belichick. Hes never answered a question in 22 years of pressers. -
What are your expectations for the rest of the season?
Boatdrinks replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
It’s a tough season to have any expectations as they seem to get shot down on a weekly basis around the NFL. This years Bills are looking more like the 2019 playoff Bills than last years edition. With 7 more games to go I think 10 wins is achievable. -
I’d venture it won’t be while he has a winning record. The team has 1 more loss than they did after 10 games a season ago. I think a McD hot seat situation is a long way off.

[Vague Title] What would you rather have?

Sabres loss. I’ll take a hockey loss over a football loss any day. -

The Bills have no consistent ground game, don’t get after the passer and have a suspect OL. Probably a WC team at best. -
Good news : the Bills have another game in just 4 days ! Bad news : the Bills have another game in just 4 days.

Poor planning and bad luck. We can sustain an injury or Covid game at WR or LB , but not RT or DT. -
Bills want stadium deal done by the end of the year

True. Oddly enough it was the dome team. Go figure . -
Domestic terrorist attack in Wisconsin
Boatdrinks replied to Penfield45's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Who cares? He said he was there to protect property and was putting out fires. Regardless it’s irrelevant. He had every right to be there amongst the lawless rioters. They wanted to attack him because he wasn’t “ in their side”. He had every right to defend himself . -
Domestic terrorist attack in Wisconsin

The video shows otherwise. He wasnt walking around with his AR looking to pick people off or start with them. Who in their right mind tries to defend themselves vs someone with an AR who isn’t threatening them? That’s the definition of stupid, which these knuckleheads who tried to take out Rittenhouse most definitely were. He wasn’t on the side of the lawless rioters and they wanted to kill him because of that. -

This is why the left has tried relentlessly to define white supremacist as anyone who disagrees with their radical views. Actual white supremacists are an almost non existent portion the US population. -
No, they started 2-4 and then went on a little winning streak the next 4 games or whatever. That’s what they are. The media loves them some Patriots and can’t get enough, even though Brady is long gone.
-
No, not concerned. McDaniels is a very good O coordinator for sure. More concerned about him than Mac. As for the chances of Mac being something akin to another Brady, they’re somewhere around 0.00001%. As much as I dislike him ( though less now that he’s in Tampa), he’s just a one of a kind player that’s probably the best there’s been in the league. That’s not happening anytime soon, and not with the same team in 2 short years. If you look at Brady’s career, projecting anything close to that on Jones because he has the same Eagle wing on his helmet is nothing short of ridiculous. Now, can we stop with these over the top Patriots threads? They’re a 2-4 team that put a little win streak together, nothing more.

OL play is different of course but players don’t play each team every year. It’s anecdotal but over the years I’ve seen many players who say they do just what you described. Fans tend to vote for their favorites where players look for who is having the best season especially in other divisions or the opposite conference.
-
They haven’t been dominating teams. They’re winning but statistical metrics of their games don’t indicate a dominating team. The schedule looks easy but when your margin of victory is that slim it can go against you at any point.

Historically they are good predictor of votes from players.
