    They actually changed policy a few seasons ago, I believe in order to get your permit to run your lot you have to sign off on allowing police to patrol.

    Hm, called OBD today and they said Abbot closes at 9. That article states Abbot closes at 8. Can anyone on the board here clarify? We park on Abbot near Big Tree and will have to go around if it’s closed.
