  1. It’s kinda like would you rather drive a 1974 Ford Pinto, or a 1975 Ford Pinto? Both are gonna blow up if hit too hard. Bad analogy? Probably. Let’s stick with Hobo Fight.
  2. Bills v. Browns = NFL Hobo Fight.
  3. Now there’s a haircut you could set your watch to! and also;
  4. I don’t even look anymore, I’m like a moth to a flame...but the flame has burned out. This will be my last season as a STH, and my streak (102 straight home games and counting, last missed a game in Nov 2004) will likely end with the Bears game. Wife got tix for a concert in TO on 11/3, she says we can hustle back that night or sunday a.m. for the game. I said, “nope, we’re gonna get a room and enjoy our night on the town”. I’ve wasted enough time and $ on this franchise. It will be sad to see my streak go, but all things must pass....
  5. I’m into it just for the hot takes.
  6. The value of season tickets.
  7. If only I could get the broad two rows behind me at the NErF to vow to stop calling him “Joshy”.
  8. Ha, looks like he’s like “alright I’ll do it...but I’m gonna need to borrow a pee sample from someone...”.
  9. Welcome to the last like 15 years of my season tickets.
  10. Take what you can get. They want Benjamin too? Throw him in, no additional charge!
  11. you need a few “set up plays” before you run such trickery, you don’t open w that play. also, KB certainly jogged a handful of routes yesterday, and doesn’t even try to be ‘creative’ when a play breaks down.
  12. I have a hunch traffic won’t be too bad anywhere around the stadium at 8:30.
  13. Pegulaville!
  14. Oh, same, no doubt. But even the tailgate routine is starting to run a little thin, sad as that is to admit. We always have a nice menu, and some nice beverages, but it’s starting to get the “well...here we are again. Yep.” vibe to it. If the team was interesting at all, that would certainly breathe life into the tailgate. The feel around the entire stadium at the opener was completely dull in general.
  15. My best friend sat next to me the last 14 seasons, he didn’t renew. His single ticket is still available through the box office for every single game. My group overall has dwindled since 2003, that was our first season and we had about 20 guys. We’re down to 5. Granted, we were all in our 20s at that time and now we’re all in our 40s. The “partying” doesn’t keep us coming back anymore, and the football side of it makes you not want to go at all. I’m not gonna rant and rave about the drunken shenanigans and table slamming, face value, it doesn’t really bother me. BUT I will say that I think it’s silly and sad that that is literally all Buffalo football is associated with anymore. That’s how bad the “identity” of this franchise is right now.
