  1. it would definitely take on an entirely new form. not to mention with the boom in sports gambling, this stuff has to be watched closely.
  2. i get the anger. give it a week or two an people will move on. it probably will cause the nfl to put new policies in place so this doesn't happen again, so there's that.
  3. i'm on the other end. at 5'9", and very adorable, i don't think anyone has been intimidated by me ever. if anything, i'm oddly approachable.
  4. honest to god. i probably would have been so confused and nervous, that i would have become angry and acted in the same way. that kid had some restraint.
  5. unfortunately i don't think people will ever learn to be tolerant enough. there's such a movement to accept everyone, (which i'm not against) but the moment some kids fit a profile and wear a hat, it become ok to jeopardize their safety. looking to ruin the futures of these kids? for what? political beliefs? it's gross.
  6. i'm the least political person out there, but what happened to these kids couldn't be more wrong. they actually had to cancel school today for the safety of the kids? my god what the ***** is the matter with people. the op is just as bad as people who were trying to vilify kids. it's pathetic.
  7. you guys are making me hate him even more! the last time i hear some of his act he sounded physically awful. i know he prides himself on being the classic tortured comedian, but i can get old. he does have a strange life though. doug's mom requested that he roast her while she committed suicide, and he did it. when she was dead, he used her credit cards to buy a bunch of ***** and didn't have to pay for it.
  8. this is like when an unpopular kid in high school realizes that they'll never be popular, so they resort to sucking up to the in crowd to mask the awkwardness. i'm more than aware of how good the pats are. i've never accused them of being successful due to cheating. that being said, i will never, ever cheer for that team.
  9. holy *****. that's beyond punch worthy...that's parking lot beating type worthy.
  10. but he's not good enough to be a d-bag in real life!
  11. it was mostly the captain's hat.
  12. me too. just let me be entertained. as far as the actual team go...i just don't care about either one. for whatever reason, i also really like the ex-bills on the rams. ex-bills on other teams are mostly dead to me.
  13. oh...one i hate...kevin james. god he's terrible. how does he get work?
  14. i think more than likely he's on the smack again.
  15. i hope you guys don't talk this way about me behind my back.
  16. not so much anymore. i can't fix simple stuff, but if it's semi-complicated, i punt it off. i always did own yard work, but now we have a dude for the lawn, and i think i'm done cutting shrubs, weeding, raking leaves, etc. there wasn't enough time this year. i hate paying someone to do what i can do anyway, but for the first time in my life, i was sick of it.
  17. i love bill burr and john mulaney as mentioned earlier, (just saw his special on nextflix this weekend). dave chappelle of course, pete holmes, doug stanhope, paul f thompkins and i know there's others, but these are the ones who come to mind. not my least favorite, but i saw seinfeld last year and thought it was average at best. i was also given expensive tickets, (almost $300) to see sebastian maniscalco...meh.
  18. i hate the patriots, but i feel i have to be nice to it's face.
  19. i think many, (possibly the majority) are homeless due to mental health issues.
  20. i suppose my controversial opinions are in response to some ideas here. all education, in any form, is a positive. how you go about it, and what you spend on it is up to you. they can never take an education from you. some education may not train you for a specific job, but you should learn critical thinking, other beliefs, exposure to new ideas, etc. and i don't think everyone needs to serve in the military. i completely get the idea, but i was someone who didn't want to, didn't need to, and would not have gotten a single thing from it. in fact, going into the military would have held me back in life in terms of timing.
  21. i lived right up the road on north street. i literally walked out of my apartment, straight down the street, and it was on my left. fantastic wings, and great fish fries, (frys?). all of their food was good if i remember.
  22. i really enjoyed the games yesterday too. not the outcomes, but it was entertaining football. i'm not so locked in like a bills game, but this is it for months. i want to get my fix in.
  23. i'll watch just like i watch the playoff games, (or as many as i could).
  24. i was in show me mode with the browns and they did it. still...meh.
