  1. Explain the error of my ways then What Mack is worth is debatable without the insults, no?
  2. You could compare Buffalo's 1st round selection for the next 10 years and still not reach the caliber player Mack has turned out to be IMO. The way I look at it a high 1st round draft choice would be needed to even come close, higher then Buffalo normally drafts. So to me the deal is costing Buffalo one 1st rounder and Mack cancels out the other. I say yes, get er done Mr. Beane man
  3. Myself personally transplant, and pure speculation mind you on my part. I think McD had already made his mind up about how he wanted Allens development to go and it doesn't include opening up the season against the Ravens. Preseason game 3 was a good example why...
  4. Do you think a player like Ray Lewis could change the outcome of a game? Bills fans have personally watched him do it to us. I'm not talking about one preseason game that means very little in the grand scheme of things. In general teams that have a good D can win football games taking less chances on Offense making it better proving grounds for young QB prospects in my humble opinion Cornette.
  5. On the other hand playing with a lead (good D) vs playing from behind helps give a more conservative approach to an OC's game plan in my humble opinion. So I can see Mack being beneficial for both sides of the football including a young QB in development IMO. Mack would help Allen shoulder the weight of the franchise...
  6. Sammy , Marcel for peanuts, it got my attention...
  7. Big Ben went 18 - 31 229 yards in rainy conditions. McCarron brought the team back from 15 - 0 down with 16 unanswered points in the 4th quarter that should have sealed the win.
  8. McCarron can make all the throws. Peterman has limitations IMO.
  9. A J had the game won , but the D couldn't close the deal if I remember correctly.
  10. If RI makes the Oline better without disrupting team chemistry, call me embarrassing, (it wouldn't be the 1st time)
  11. Reactions from the fans differ when comparing McCarron's half of preseason football to Allens half of preseason football behind the same bad Oline. All QB's need protection.
  12. Crazy Richie might strike some fear into his fellow Oline when it comes to protecting the QB.
  13. Especially when your team needed a spark, whats up with that AFL...
  14. Myself personally, its easier to build team back up that already has some talent and experience vs a team starting from scratch. Take the Bengals for example...
  15. Bills new OC could have helped the situation in my humble opinion. Its almost like J A was hung out to dry to prove a point and If so, who called the shots? McD? why wasn't Allens run for a 1st down challenged?
  16. Or a franchise QB The Browns disagree
  17. Its odd Steve Deberg kept coming in to rescue Elway behind the same Oline and managed a 9 - 7 season. Kelly played pro ball in another league. Bad comparisons IMO. with all due respect sir
  18. Bad protection teaches QB's bad habits because they don't have enough space or time to use proper mechanics IMO. Its a recipe for failure in the development of a QB...
  19. I say no because of preseason game 3 Oline performance. !@%&#!@ Oline almost took out our best 2 signal callers already and its still preseason !#@&%!!
  20. Today didn't change my opinion about Josh Allen ( or the Oline ) I got sucked into believing Allen could make a bad Oline better, and as we just witnessed, its to much to ask in my humble opinion. Despite the big arm the kids not superman in a Bills uni...
  21. I think Daboll wants to see Allen operate a balanced O / run and pass concentrating more on the short / intermediate range, get the football out of his hands quick and have good ball distribution amongst his player makers. With all the feel good story lines going on I'm not expecting to see the Bills or Bengals get to carried away applying pressure on the QB's. Bills 31 Bengals 25 Last minute drive for a TD/win by Peterman...
  22. Steady as she goes...
  23. A moment in history our country would do well to reflect upon in these troubled times Doc thanks RIP John McCain
