  1. Hairston literally played in a combination zone scheme at Kentucky They do what Sean McDermott does alot
  2. When was that even considered viable? Lol I think that was fans and third-tier who throw s*** at the wall
  3. They just got their ass whooped in the super bowl lol They're not unbeatable And Conor McGovern for 22 million is better than Humphrey for 72 million lol Humphrey is not 50 million dollars better in a salary cap League Trey smith also overrated.. yeah those are going to hurt them in a salary cap league down the line in 2-3 years Spencer Brown and Dion Dawkins play more important positions and are better than any lineman they have because of what they play .. Creed Humphrey is not that much better than Conor McGovern.. our tackles are much better than their tackles We have 130 million lined up up in bookend tackles.. they have like 160 million in interior lineman who are not even that much better than our own
  4. Let them pay those offensive lineman that could barely protect Patrick mahomes lol All of them are super overrated Humphrey is literally not 70 million better than Conor McGovern lol in a salary cap League not even close .. Giving Trey Smith a 94 million dollar deal is also pretty foolish lol he's a guard They have weaker tackle play and that is by far the most important offensive line position.. our two offensive tackles are Head and shoulders above their two tackles Giving out 180 million to offensive lineman is definitely not smart... Lol Chris Lindstrom in a class of his own, Trey Smith isn't close
  5. Well you did say wear them for most of the drought and lost four super bowls in them lol and the Jim Kelly uniforms got retired after 01 Edit: gotcha you were talking specifically just the helmets not the total combination Those jerseys from 2002 to 2011 even though they had red helmets were a different color combination than the super bowl years Easily the ugliest jerseys in build history 84-01 were those Jim Kelly uniforms.. then the drought uniforms of 02-10 I don't really consider the Kelly uniforms drought era since they only were 2 years of the drought with the full uniform
  6. No it literally says the last regular season game of the year Last regular season home game ever is pretty iconic Well I believe it was only used for 2 years of the drought.. then we went to those ugly jerseys during the bledsoe years
  7. Cincinnati just is an abysmal organization They've been the stingiest of the stingy for a long time ... Making Ralph look like a owner who throws money around NCAA is going to have a massive reshaping the next 5-15 years I'm not negotiating but it seems that Cincinnati wants to be able to nullify part of the contract if he breaks team or league rules There are a lot of NFL contracts that do have that language Including our own nyheim hines who lost a massive part of his contract for his jet ski accident We truly have no idea if that's what they're arguing over.. or something like a lot more insignificant The Bengals are adamant it's the former I don't think they're a classy organization and the kids should get as much as you possibly can .. there are two sides to every story though but I would be more inclined to believe the player rn
  8. I get thats a perfect scenario but that might open the floodgates for any kid to just say I don't want to play for this franchise.. go back to college get drafted by a better team Then it's going to be a 6 team league because everybody will refuse to play for Cleveland and Cincinnati and Jacksonville of the world This kid could play one year in another football league and not have any rights with the Bengals... one year in the CFL.. refuse to negotiate with Cincinnati until after the next draft And I think that would give him the cart Blanche to sign with whoever This is definitely a very Cincinnati Bengals thing lol
  9. Just let the kid go back to college and give the Bengals a complimentary pic after the 32nd pick next year's draft I mean it's not a perfect system but both sides get something
  10. I mean according to all the rules he's not eligible to go back to college play and re-enter the draft If he goes back to college The Bengals still have his rights "If you are three years removed from your high school graduation date, you may enter the NFL Draft one time during your collegiate career without jeopardizing your eligibility; provided you are not drafted by any team and you declare your intention to resume intercollegiate participation within 72 hours following the NFL's draft declaration date." "[...] Student-athletes who enter the NFL Draft early are required to sign and have notarized a petition for special eligibility with the NFL, which renounces all remaining collegiate eligibility unless revoked within 72 hours of the draft declaration date." The last two paragraphs are from the NCAA director of enforcement it seems like you basically forfeit eligibility and have 72 hours to State your intention to return
  11. I love Gilliam but to be fair he's about 17 Ted's Hot dogs and 10 boccis's pizzas short of the buses weight lol
  12. Lmao I like the joke but let's be real Christian Wade was a 33-year-old professional athlete learning to play football This is a teenager who has a lot of potential to grow into a more accomplished football player He beat some big time United States high schools which tells me even if those schools played their second string quarterback he still performed against five six seven division 1 players I like that he's going to a small school and not a group of four program because he's not going to have as much pressure on him @GunnerBill I think this is a really good opportunity for English American football... I'm excited as a football fan to watch his development One day buddy Remember American baseball is played way more around the world.. and they even can that from the Olympics for a while It's good the sport is growing
  13. Doesn't look like he's logged in in years
  14. Holy **** they play img and de la salle and Edgewater
  15. Wow They play German teams? Again the whole international football thing is new to me I'm a Northeast Midwest regional scout I don't even make it to the West Coast of America
  16. You haven't watched him!? How far away is his team from you?? I mean I obviously couldn't watch the kid in person but his arm seems pretty live.... If he could be a two-year starter at a division one program that would be amazing for the future of your country's football program Once the Domino's fall others are more willing to take the shot
  17. Come on that's hyperbole and hate He was not the worst coach he might be the biggest pos
  18. Life expectancy 36 more months doing stuff like that
  19. More than some franchises lol Anthony Lynn easy peasy lemon squeezy
  20. Wear a hat.. bring water Get there early if you want to be closer to the action and not back in the bleachers
  21. That's a good comparison breakdown
  22. he did not get a higher percentage of guaranteed money than Keon Coleman did last year Keon Coleman got 96% of his contract guaranteed he got 95% 100% is unheard of and what was making this go slow in the second round.. some do get 70 80 even 90 Plus guaranteed
  23. @GunnerBill zero thoughts? you should have seen this kid play a bunch as an armchair British scout
