  1. It's not just a statistical award lol If it was Josh Allen could have three or four MVPs Five straight years of 40 touchdowns when nobody in NFL history is even done four straight Lamar won the award a few seasons ago with super super pedestrian stats.. you don't need 45 passing touchdowns and 5,000 yards to win Josh won it because he's earned the award for years and it's a slap in the face to keep passing him... Half the media.. a bunch of who vote on the award also wrote us off after getting rid of diggs And picked us to finish third place lol that's the narrative We still absolutely have a top 7-8 roster in the NFL
  2. Because he earned it lol We literally have a bookend of top five tackles... A massive physical center... A road grading RG and a jack of all trades LG Our offensive line can keep Josh alive to play his game, and open holes in the running games Spencer Brown might become the best right tackle in the league soon lol he literally makes defensive ends his b**** It's easy for James Cook to bounce around the right tackle when Spencer Brown pummels them into Oblivion and there's not five left tackles more consistent than Dawkins over the last 6-7 years We scored more points last year than any year in team history because Josh Allen was upright
  3. I'm pretty sure the only seasons are summer, Bills season, winter , basically winter
  4. I don't think he moves well enough to be a cb He should have went back to college
  5. You expect a 4-5 round pick to be more than just a special teams player That's a late middle rounder.. a 6th or 7th round pick is late round picks I think anybody with eyes knows he's an NFL caliber player it's but not going to the combine as an All-American which is disrespectful
  6. Josh Allen is the player who sets the protections He may be the best quarterback in the world but he was the one who slid the line to the left not the offensive line coach To say the coaches put him in a horrible position is hyperbole
  7. Quadirs playing time went slightly down and points slightly down too
  8. I never really thought of West Seneca as the South towns since it's literally an inner ring suburb touching city of Buffalo Hamburg, Orchard Park, Aurora, Wales, Evans, Eden, Boston, Colden, Holland, North Collins, Collins, Concord, Sardinia, and Brant would be South towns to me
  9. Season ending injury , not huge and small school with not a lot of great competition has been holding him back There's almost no shot he's taken top 5 rounds now.. if he was at Boston college he would be probably a 4th-5th roundet West Seneca
  10. I mean every single player has a lot of talent.. scheme fit and confidence have a lot to do with a corners abilities You act like he goes in and gives up 200 yards against him.. he's had some good moments he's picked off Patrick mahomes Corner is a position where repetition gains experience and he never got to playthrough all the trial and error.. we basically instantly replaced him with Benford from the same draft He never got to develop while also not being the greatest scheme fit.. we were trying to put a square peg into a round hole from day one Nobody's talking about him being a starter for a while.. but it's because he shot mentally not physically
  11. It was actually written in chalk Because corner especially in McDermott system, takes as much brain as physical talent His processing never came to full speed
  12. We've also brought in plenty of players who had more success here than at their last spot what
  13. A former DT turned olb He his big fast and strong, really a player on the rise if used right
  14. Modern training has inflated 40 numbers to where people think great numbers are bad lol A 4.50 is fast.. it's peaking at 20 miles an hour... There's plenty of guys running for 4.38s that suck Be get me wrong.. is a guy running a 4.42 fast? Yea... So is a 4.5 and 4.39 We're talking tenths of a second.. if you are a good route runner with 4.5 speed and you're tough... You're probably going to be a good wide receiver because that's plenty fast enough I don't know what being from Ontario Canada has to do with anything though I don't care if he's from Zimbabwe or Pakistan
  15. I'm pretty sure holland has missed games the last 3 years so he's certainly was not going to play 100% of snaps He's probably going to miss a game or two this year because history repeats
  16. Most good players need players around them that's what you don't understand .. in fact all players basically do unless you're Bruce Smith Patrick mahomes needs players around him So I don't know where you think just because Terrell Bernard doesn't destroy a game by himself that he's not worth re signing lol he could literally start on 20 plus NFL teams And in one season I bet you the numbers don't look as high as they do now I will tell you one thing that's a fact , you come here and complain every single day... Every day firechan We gave up 30 to a not good Chiefs offense... You think if we didn't resign two of the better players on our defense we're not giving up 37 next time? Hahahah they might not have had great games but they're not the problem on our defense You come here and complain everyday I really don't give two craps what you think because you're here to stir the pot
  17. Because our defense needs more than Gregg or Bernard to be good lol Like I'm not saying they're they're the best players in the NFL but if you think DK is better than both of them I don't know what to tell you that's your opinion If we put better defensive tackles around them and a better defensive end they would look better.. Bernard had a better AV then Nick Bolton has ever had in his career Even Ray Lewis didn't look as dominant when he didn't have the front in front of him... Like Bernard needs guys clogging Lanes to be effective.. we don't have a lot of good defensive linemen you can't get rid of your best defensive end who actually would have been in line for that contract with any team You need a lot more than two good players to have a good NFL defense You need 12-14 guys .. you need a starting 11 plus some guys you could put in in rotation We're not there I don't know why people think we're doing less with more.. McDermott's doing more with less His entire team has been built on mid round picks that he developed.. he's not getting a bunch of Blue Chip guys to work with Greg and Benford and Bernard would start on the majority of NFL football teams they just need good players around them... There's only one miles Garrett and one deion Sanders Every other player needs people around them that's why it's a team game.. McDermott took a Brown's castaway in poyer er and made him an All-Pro... Took a role player from Green Bay and hyde and made him an All-Pro Took a fifth round pick in Milano and made him an All-Pro Took a six round pick in Benford and made him a really good corner Sean McDermott develops players at a higher rate than any coach in the NFL beane hasn't given him enough
  18. We're not losing 35 to 13 and need to upgrade the offense.. if we hold the Chiefs to 28 we're going to the super bowl We scored enough to win a playoff game our defense needs a little bit more horses... And the s******* on McDermott and his scheme is getting old because he is one of the best defensive minds in football We don't have enough around him.. and for all the talk about him we've had a bunch of top five and seven defenses that he built with other teams castaways and mid round picks
  19. A wide receiver isn't winning us a super bowl.. we literally just had the highest scoring offense in bills history We couldn't stop a nosebleed when it mattered... Everybody wants the best players in every position, wide receiver is not our most crucial need.. Tom Brady won five super bowls with nothing special at wide receiver We have enough pass catchers with Josh Allen to get it done.. we have a good enough offensive line... What we don't have is the ability to stop another good quarterback consistently and losing two of our better starters on defense would only put us further down the hole
  20. I've posted decade Long NFL studies that show there is no correlation between running quarterbacks and injuries In fact statistically most quarterbacks get hurt inside the pocket ... The percentage of injuries in Josh Allen's running group.. versus the percentage of injuries in Tom Brady's statue group is less than 1% In fact it's the tweeners who can't decide if they want to be pocket passers or improvisers who get hurt the most... Josh like Brett favre knows how to improvise and stay safe
  21. Think we disagree about DK being great.. he is what he is.. a physical specimen who has never refined his route running .. you also act like there's never been a bad contract handed out in the NFL He's not in all pro he's not a Hall of famer I remember this board was furious about who our middle linebacker would be when Tremaine Edmonds got his big deal to Chicago.. two games in with Bernard and this entire board was singing hallelujah People get caught up in the last game... Bernard and Roussesu could start on 20 plus NFL teams so they have value.. Pittsburgh just did something called desperation I literally think Greg and DK are in the same tier of NFL players with different positions.. above average occasionally great with holes in their games right now.. but DK has had more time to correct his and hasn't
  22. Ofc he is But he's not relying on athleticism like RG3 ... He has great pocket presence and throws darts from the pocket.. his athleticism is an added boost to making him the best football player ever He can still maneuver around the pocket and throw darts for years even past his prime
  23. DK isn't Jerry Rice or Calvin Johnson or Randy Moss He's a jacked 1 trick pony .. he's not a Hall of famer he's not an all pro... We're getting two really good football players back instead of one good football player DK has limitations so does Greg and so does Bernard... But 2 is always better than 1... The whole goal is to keep as much talent while adding in more
  24. I can't tell if you're serious or not but Josh literally hurdles two guys a season he's not doing it every week lol He had 102 Rushing attempts... About 45 of them were tush pushes That leaves about 60 rushing attempts in 16 games... At this point he leaves the pocket to throw not even to run mostly He'd rather be like Aaron Rodgers or favre in his prime and scramble behind the line of scrimmage to throw.. and he'll have enough juice to run away from defensive lineman for a while
