  1. Goddamn they went from filters to the old technique of just slathering actual vaseline on the camera lens. I guess you can say her outline is still looking good? FOCUS!!!! Also...hepatitis B.
  2. Too soon is the best two words for my man Gilbert. XD
  3. I hear you man. I tend to have momentum in things like this and I do expect to lose it at some point...I'm trying different things to stay interested. Bike, boxing, yoga, straight weight lifting, etc. Nice thing is, you know you can do it, you've done so much already. Big ups to you man, and that is no joke. Give yourself lots of credit for the work you've put in, that's a damn good amount of weight you lost. IMO that also can help fire you up to go the next step. You've made big investments in yourself, too much to go backwards in a large way.
  4. NIce, and very nice! That is the same app I use, easy and free. I honestly was too embarrassed to take the progress pictures each day as it offers to you....now I kind I wish I had. Took me three+ years but I went from 197 (with some bodacious ta tas) to 165 (just thinner) and now I am at 176 (but almost all new weight is muscle, and my boobies turned into lil baby pecs).
  5. I may be old news here but I just watched the Heaven's Gate doc on HBO Max with the wife...very interesting. I had NO idea of the extensive backstory to all of that.
  6. I'd throw in....get a weight/meal tracker app. I used mine heavily at first and it really showed me (as I did know all along but liked to pretend I didn't) how many BS calories i was fitting into my day. Once I saw that, I just got smarter, and stopped tracking meals (it was a pain but I learned the lesson). Now I just use it to track my weight and I still find it super useful. Keeps me on task and on target.
  7. yup! smart (and free) marketing. Say something sure to get clicks, then mention you be selling something too, just coincidentally! "White had a release day to remember when he dropped Fear of Dawn, his first of two new albums, on Friday (April 8)."
  8. Well they all ripped off old blues artists anyway.
  9. Man I am not looking forward to spring here....I am in support of bicyclists generally but spring always brings a weekend or three of tour de francers up here in NW CT. Spandex jerseys, riding 5 wide, on a STATE HIGHWAY with a speed limit of 50, and god forbid you so much as give them a honk. The indignant middle fingers come right out. Sorry *****! Was just trying NOT To run you over! MY bad! (In this way bicyclists remind me a lot of motorcycle guys....1-3 together and they are pretty nice and polite. Get 20-30 of them traveling together and they think STOP signs become mere suggestions, traffic lights are for decoration, etc. Can't split up the caravan, dude!)
  10. I use a Sunny Fitness bike from ebay...has held up very well over 3+ years and youtube is loaded with free cycling programs.
  11. My analysis is that people just kinda lost their ***** for a hot minute. People be crazy. Bidets boys! BIDETS!!!!
  12. As long as I get the one from the bottom that's been in there all week. YUM! XD
  13. Cuisine? Boston dirty water hot dogs>NYC dirty water hot dogs. There. I said it.
  14. Toilet paper? Primitive savages! Get a bidet and two hand towels. You mount it to your toilet, super simple plumbing even teef can handle. No more mud butt, no more itchies, easier on your septic. And a perfectly clean balloon knot every time. Seriously. Get a bidet. My life advice to you, dear reader.
  15. I used to enjoy (pre Covid) the occasional trip in for business. Easy train ride in from CT, walk the city, get the feel of the city (and the smell on your clothes), etc. But 2-3 times a year was PLENTY. Truly a "nice place to visit but wouldn't want to live there" for me. (Nice to be able to take the kids into the city for the museums too.)
  16. I still owe some rando in the bathroom a thanks from my first game. I went to wash my hands in the sink post halftime and he nicely grabbed by arm and said....I wouldn't do that if I were you. It became obvious why very quickly.
  17. I think air fryers are wildly overrated (don't think they are that great at wings)....but one thing they do incredibly well IMO is warm up cold fries. We'll keep fries from night before for lunch next day now. The first time my wife suggested it I thought it was some pretty low rent ***** (who reheats fries, impossible) but it works damn well.
  18. ***** I did the same thing yesterday prognosticating next season. At least we still have leather helmets. They are the bees knees.
  19. He'll enjoy South Beach, the lack of income taxes for the home games, and 9-7 with no playoffs.
  20. Man if you at all like wrestling and you like shoot interviews, there are very few better than some of the older Nash and Hall interviews. Two dudes who don't mince words. If they think someone sucks or is a jobber or a kiss ass or whatever...they will say so. And of course, some of the OTHER best shoot interviews are also people talking ***** about the Cliq. That was a fun time for wrestling.
  21. Bills Fanatics? XD Weren't there some other spin off boards at one point? I seem to recall getting recruited for something call Bills Fanatics or the like. There was Anythingbut.org too, that was pretty cool.
  22. Maaaaaaaybe.....but at this point in people paying attention to whatever to gauge anything, message boards might as well be telegrams, or newspapers. They are WAY behind the times. I assume the org does pay a attention to twitter, for better or worse. Even the mere idea that Tom Donahoe yelled at someone who then yelled at Wyo of FlaFitz (as if TD would grace Fla with his actual presence) even once based on some salty thread we had tickles me. It was the official board. When it's not official, I feel like they they just go "who cares, it's the internet." Yes, I am a child.
  23. JM2C: It was one of the only official team boards, especially at the end. That carried a lot of weight for me, participation wise. The idea that all the saucy ***** we did and etc made it to actual Bills brass at times....that was kind of the appeal to me. I do love this place now but....to me BBMB, for all it's warts, was the major leagues of being an online tool of a fan. Non-offical boards are the minors where the only person you are annoying is some well meaning fan...where it the fun in that? I do feel badly at all the fun we had at the mods expense, most of whom were pretty cool folks, just trying to do a job. I mean, yeah, there were some...um...interesting candidate choices at the end (ahem, rock chalk) but I enjoyed going down with the ship.
  24. Who else? XD I still remember him telling me how he got a signed Christmas card from the guy. Listen you ^^$&#% jerk, we abso-^#$&*(%-lutely were not an "angry bunch". Trust me GODDAMMIT! I F*(@#*(# know, buddy!
  25. Somewhere in Florida, there is a guy still defending Tom Donahoe.
