Obviously named after a long dead partly mythical person whose descendants didn't require fiscal remuneration. 😁 You'll note I wove the 'legend of Ralph Wilson' into the 'legend of Buffalo Bill Cody'. Much of it is outrageous exaggeration based upon hearsay.

    One station in Welland drops the price by a good 7 to 9 cents per litre between morning (higher) and evening (lower). Must figure customers are more likely to stop on the way into work than dragging themselves out of a car on the way home.
