  1. ok i haven't read this whole thread full disclosure but i think there's justification for both 'he's not a very good NFL player' and 'he has a role on a team w a bad WR room'
  2. agree he should be the primary receiving back appears to be the best pass catcher in the backfield
  3. are indy fans ugly or something ive never been
  4. going to be an ugly one i think
  5. doesn't throwing 'maybe more' on the end of week-to-week kind of defeat the purpose
  6. More like why are we arguing about mack hollins lol
  7. i'm showing our defense after miami game 11th overall in EPA/rush fwiw as to the blueprint for beating elite QBs- don't believe that's the case at all tbh. imo the only way to consistently beat top QBs is to generate consistent pressure in the pocket. to put it another way: if you are facing an elite QB, every time you incentivize their offense to hand the ball off and take it out of their QB's hand is a win.
  8. giants is a legacy job primo owners it is not saying it's foolproof by any stretch
  9. been long on this for quite a few seasons I think everyone knows by now the most efficient way of moving the ball on offense is throwing. Concurrently I believe the most sophisticated defenses and coaches (of which McDermott is certainly one) curate their rush defense in such a way as to incentivize the opponent to run the ball at a -ev frequency.
  10. You think there are only 5 offensive minds better than Brady😂😂holy ***** dude
  11. Should have been a bill
  12. No Luckily it's easily the weakest AFC east
  13. He's been one of the league's best for a long time
  14. Besides the point imo You can't roster someone who forces you into -ev decisions like that. And if you do you have bigger problems
  15. Yes but big disclaimer to be careful wrt specifically end of game scenarios Still think it's the obvious right choice tho
  16. 4th down bot says easy right decision
  17. Yeah I just don't know about that take tbh Granted- I only watched the first half live but we were getting into the right looks, checking into run when appropriate, basically calling a very cerebral script from QB spot to manage gameflow...I think folks might not be appreciating Allen winning a game w his head moreso than his arm/legs because it looks different from his typical 'good' game
  18. Wasn't concerned about that tbh On offense we kind of did everything we wanted wrt available personnel, just got unlucky a few times. I actually like going to the rookie there against Ramsey, shows a lot of faith in him. Half the time that ball gets caught for a TD and probably 4/5 the drop fall incomplete...10% chance of INT there imo The holding calls whatever And on defense we took their best shot and Tua played great. Just we were the better team as we typically are vs Dolphins
  19. People don't watch NFL they watch the Bills I did not watch second half live but first half he was in total control
  20. not really we are middle of the pack compared to our past defenses we are above average this yr imo (roughly 12th per EPA but I imagine will fall after today), still good against the pass but struggle vs run which all things considered is not the worst place to be but it's not a top unit
