  1. lol why be worried that someone is worried? it's a buffalo bills forum weird energy
  2. It's very easy for me to reconcile the concepts that winning a championship in pro football is one of the most difficult accomplishments in professional sports and that a HC who achieves it cannot logically be considered less than one who hasn't.
  3. there tends to be a strong relationship between TDs and wins go figure
  4. Of course it would. If we win the SB McDermott and co are made men and they get to stay forever Unlike @GunnerBillI believe winning a championship is primarily what defines a coach's career
  5. You're responding to someone who apparently believes a Super Bowl win wouldn't be satisfying to some Bills fans lol, that is quite clearly the wrong side of this
  6. Pedersons tenure w the Eagles was an unqualified success If McDermott ends his in Buffalo w no championships it will be an abject failure Pretending Super Bowls aren't the only meaningful metric for HCs is just cope
  7. Ok McDermott is better than Arians too And Payton And Harbaugh and Tomlin And McCarthy Better than McVay too I guess
  8. No sorry I don't buy that. I don't think it's reasonable to say a HC who hasn't won a SB is better than one who has.
  9. It's kind of a big one lol There are lots of guys who can and have accomplished your first few much less important categories
  10. Not in the slightest
  11. For sure I'm not saying targeting injured players is dirty because that's how the league operates, I'm just saying the way he went about it in this particular situation was
  12. I'm saying he and everyone on the Texans defense knows Lawrence was carrying an injury So imo he saw an opportunity to knock him out of the game and guarantee the win vs Mac Jones And it worked
  13. The assumption that he was out to injure is yours, not mine As for how teams ID opponent's injuries and prep for games I thought that was common knowledge
  14. These are some of the best athletes in the world, the idea that they're just flying out of control out there unable to pull out of a routine sliding QB is the non football take tbh Look we all know what happened...divisional rivals, QB known to be injured coming in, all week in prep the defense knows it/heard about it, and he saw an opportunity to put in a really questionable shot. It was a bad play in context and doesn't need to be defended lol
  15. Dude of course they're the minority because they were idiots about it and got caught That doesn't mean that injured players on the opposing team don't get highlighted in lead up and get tested during games...it's not like 'oh we are going to blow his knee up' but if you're carrying an injury someone is going to go after it and what happens happens I mean you can see it every week in the nfl
  16. Could use context tbh most NFL players don't care if they injure somebody or not. They're trying to win by any means necessary There's a reason guys w injuries get tested in games
  17. Players try to injure other players all the time Guys carrying injuries get highlighted on scouting reports. They're trying to win at all costs
  18. i have us losing that one and still can find multiple paths to the 1seed
  19. just playing around w the playoff machine, i can get quite a few scenarios where we end up w the 1 seed which i think is going to be really valuable this season especially the afc wildcard matchups are brutal
  20. Are they really tho Chris Johnson ran for 2000 in 09 and they gave him OPPY and that was the year he broke all purpose yardage record
  21. The saquon MVP narrative doesn't make sense to me The eagles were a 10-2 team this time last yr w swift and Kenneth gainwell He's a great RB having a great year on a stacked team, isn't giving MVP for me
  22. Thought hamlin had a nice game
  23. Guess you missed the drive before on 4th down
