  1. That loss to Bayern was probably the last straw
  2. I think they signed his initial contract w/expectations of a steady cornerstone piece for a d line they needed to rework...as such overpaid some for stability and familiarity. But it worked out as defense has flourished. They'll probably move on from him sooner rather than later but I watched a bunch of Lotulelei tape last year and for what they needed, he brought. Worked out for both sides.
  3. Yes but when they restructured his deal it was pretty much assumed it was with the intent of being able to get out after the next season...the opt out was what pushed that forward one more year.
  4. I don't believe opting out would be an issue in a normal season. I'm assuming that's what you meant when you said 'another 3 years @ $19M'
  5. His point (I believe) is simply saying 'Florida did better than New York' using one single statistic, and without any meaningful context as to why one state might suffer different COVID outcomes than another, is in itself a political statement.
  6. If they predicted COVID then good for them.
  7. Exactly...it’s too far off to project. I’m just generally opposed to spending money on RBs when it’s such a readily available position to draft, productivity-wise.
  8. Beane saw Hurney pay two RBs in Stewart and Williams, and only some home run draft classes were able to overcome that mistake.
  9. I think Singletary has a good shot at solidifying a full time RB1 role. I have my doubts about Moss. I don’t really think either will get a big second contract with the Bills.
  10. I think they’re bringing him along slowly but I only hear positives...imo they’re hoping he replaces Hughes
  11. Was about to say, it looks like they don't need him after all lmfao
  12. So Brian Hoyer is the best QB in the division. Got it.
  13. Ideally you'd keep 6 kickers in the event that the ball gets spotted on the opposite hash. Two punters, one right-footed short field goal specialist, one right-footed long field goal specialist, one left-footed short field goal specialist, and one left-footed long field goal specialist.
  14. Put his film side by side w Gilmore's and you can see the difference in skillset Gilmore gets away w his hands in ways that White has to overcome w his footwork.
  15. Yeh I've never seen an RB get touted for his power and yet doesn't hit the hole on balance. Running over college DBS is one thing but vast majority of pro backs have to make hay between the tackles one way or another.
  16. -NFCW will send all 4 teams to playoffs -Greg Roman fired before season is over -Aaron Rodgers wins MVP -Bills win AFC -Dawkins AllPro -Singletary over 2000 total yards
  17. Yeh been saying since draft day same, I’m with you on Moss. I think a lot of people here are going to be disappointed.
  18. I think it affected everyone's judgement. Allen definitely but Daboll primarily. I though Allen stepped up mostly delivered with some bad moments interspersed. Daboll imo just completely ***** the bed.
  19. Correct. People really need to rewatch OT and the last 6 mins of regular time.
  20. He also never played with a QB who was worth a damn, teams pretty much could load up to stop run and he still produced. Easily best back ever imo.
