  1. Get over it FTC! All the cease and desist letters in the world won't make up for the fact that Tom Brady's football team used to beat the Buffalo Bills!
  2. I didn't say anything about 'improving', or Allen for that matter. I said Jackson will not be able to CONTINUE to do what he did last year because it's so statistically unlikely. He threw a TD almost 1 out of every 10 throws. For a QB who started 15 games w/a middling YPA and 66%comp that's just totally ridiculous. It's WAY more likely he improves as a passer and his statistics go down a bit than it is he continues to put up the same astronomical stats.
  3. He is 100% not going to continue to do what he did last year.
  4. Guess I am in the minority but I do not see this as a tough schedule
  5. Jackson also has two top TEs that he somehow failed to mention
  6. The guy you're quoting was saying Allen was 'terrible' vs Ravens and Jackson was 'good' vs Titans when they both played about average-below average...wouldn't waste your time LOL no, that's a drop. That's always the receiver's fault
  7. I'm not convinced they'll win their division.
  8. Yeah he was like 50% passing w/an INT and a sack fumble through 3 quarters But people see what they want
  9. Jackson imo will be seeing a good amount of cover3 shells and straight flat four fronts, the Ravens' read option is defendable when your LBs stay home and don't bite on the mesh
  10. If you don't like laying Bills odds parlay w/Ravens under is the play Jackson and Roman by proxy just will not sustain the level of production they hit last year
  11. I don't see how Cleveland -120 is any better than Buffalo -165 @8.5 If anything I'd tease the Browns under and get BUF over 8.5 at something better
  12. I think the real question is does he make hay facing CB2s and I think the answer is unequivocally yes
  13. In my mind there are only questions at QB and TE (obviously QB is the big one) looking at the roster on paper that would prevent a championship run. I don’t believe you need a great offensive line anymore, just a decent one. Ours is decent enough. Daboll has a lot to prove for me and the whole squad needs seasoning winning playoff games. Imo the pieces are all in place
  14. I agree w all this and I'd say the only thing that's stopping us from competing for a championship is experience at this point.
  15. Don't bring up these obscure QB statistics! We only want commonly used ones like total yards that put Allen at 23rd...you know, a whole 38 yards behind the league MVP.
  16. I put him overall in that 16ish range at current but we aren't that far apart I expect him to be a clear cut top 10 guy this coming year
  17. I don't know if using QBR and passer rating is the best way of analyzing a quarterback whose receivers dropped passes at the rate ours did. Both rely way too heavily (imo) on completions and comp% Nor is gross yards a great metric for QB performance. ANY/A, a very good QB metric, has him at 23rd overall which is where I'd put him comfortably without factoring in what he gives you on the ground.
  18. They didn't have to suffer a down year moving contracts around iirc I think it's fine to have big expectations. But I'm not thinking they need to do anything specific to earn my thumbs up this season. As far as a competitive playoff team, I'd say they were that last season. They lost a fluke wildcard game on the road.
  19. Not at all as in they didn't have to wait, or not at all as in we don't resemble them?
  20. Seahawks needed to wait and they're the SB winning team we resemble most imo
  21. I think it still has to be Ravens as of right now but Steelers will be a tough out
  22. I asked for examples of these statistics so we could have a discussion. The reason we’ve arrived at this point is because you decided to deflect instead of support your statement. If you won’t provide the statistics you cited there’s really nothing more that needs to be said.-
